This morning I felt pretty much fine and ready to go to the office, even though I've been a bit under the weather. But I've been panicking about all of my projects at work that I don't feel equipped for. I used to have a problem where I was throwing up every Monday morning, when I was at my most stressed. This morning was my first day back after the weekend, and boom... projectile vomit everywhere. I had to call in sick again.

Is puking from general anxiety a real thing? Or is it just a coincidence I'm making myself sick over the weekends or something?

And no, I can't quit. I actually just came back to this job 6 months ago after realizing everything else has terrible pay and is worse off.

They're gonna fire you for calling it sick every Monday.

Puking can be a symptom.
Either you need to stop worrying about work or talk to a professional about why it effects you as much as it does.
