Done it in one. Grilled butterfly chops are impossible to beat. Lamb is a close second.

No one cares Muhammad. You're missing out on quality meat.
>>2564884
Good meat, but too lean imo. Makes for a damn fine ragu though.

I made this thread as a form of semi-bait because I thought there would be a lot of vegans here but seems like it's legit after all.

How’s the taste? I’ve been thinking about raising peafowl, but the ones living a couple miles away mysteriously disappeared. Not sure if the local wildlife has a taste for peacock or somebody really hated the noise.
>>
Lamb, in my opinion, is overall the best.

But so many different meats have different flavors that are great for various dishes. I'm very fond of goat meat for curry. Turkey is amazing on sandwiches. And of course, bacon is lovely and so versatile.

Duck
It's easy to fuck up and make too salty, but there's a Bistro in my home town that has duck on the menu along with a turnip mash deal, and that shit is probably my favorite thing to eat, it's so fucking delicious

Calf

I find it funny the amount of posts saying lamb
It's the only meat I hate

>>2563737
idk I don't eat meat.

For mammals it would be lamb or kangaroo
For birds duck or goose and ostrich

Turkey by far. Every time i go to the cafe near my neighborhood and there is something with turkey available, i ask for it. I also love my family's Christmas dinner because there's always a big roast turkey.

For me its Reindeer meat, especially reindeer jerky. Taste like fancy beef.

Some says caribou meat taste better.

>>2565151
caribou IS reindeer m8

but damn, that looks good
would really love to try it.
Where I life, you can only get reindeer meat for dogs
>>
Beef
>>

Aren't caribous wild reindeers? Like oxen are castrated bulls, they're the same species, but there's one difference. Wild meat tastes different from farmed meat, i think, at least for turkey.

>Wild meat tastes different from farmed meat, i think, at least for turkey.
true
Not just for turkey

>Aren't caribous wild reindeers?
Caribou is the american name for reindeer I think

Probably some kind of seafood.
>>
Fresh wild caught spot prawns when they’re in season. When you live in Pacific Northwest on the coast and that season starts, heaven.

Cows were domesticated and bred by humans specifically and solely to be eaten. They exist for no other reason than to be delicious. In my opinion there is no more delicious meat than a good, simple steak. Not to mention the glory of hamburger meat. Cows are the most delicious animal.

>Cows were domesticated and bred by humans specifically and solely to be eaten.
Nah, that's pigs. Cows were primarily domesticated for their milk and as a beast of burden.
>>
>>2563738
Actually eagle is tough and bland.
>>
>>2565156
The differences are enough that they are classified as two subspecies.

Caribous are wild and bigger. Reindeer most likely are semidomesticated, smaller and their fur is thicker. They even have different breeding season (4 weeks between).
