Can you please provide a link to the whale/shark purse? Thank you <3

The place I bought it from is squishynoodles from IG - they only carry 1 of every item I believe(?) So the whale shark was only 1 stock. You could message her though and ask about it, I'm sure she'd answer!

Running group orders for my comm! I'm also trying indie for the first time. The pettis are the casual cupcake and hybrid poof monster.

Other items, ordered for my comm from mlt:
2 voile cotton candies
1 voile classy A line
2 sets of hairclips, one plain, one with cotton lace
1 pair of daily bloomers

That AP raincoat is soooo cute anon!!! I'd be nervous actually wearing it out in the rain though

>What are you getting in the mail?
Nothing because my package got lost, all hope is gone and the world is terrible.
>>
>>9630975
It's VERY rainy in the winter where I live, so I'm hoping it'll be a life saver. I'll have it treated if it isn't waterproof enough, because I'm going to be wearing it a lot.

Kind of annoying that it doesn't have a hood, but I'll just make one. I guess they want you to buy their parasols.

>>9631009
Oh no anon! I hope it turns up!
>>
>>9631024
If you're able, I'd appreciate a mini review over how waterproof it is! I need a nice raincoat too
>>
Waiting on a taobao order... I checked tracking and yesterday it made it to my state and then today it somehow ended up in Vava'u, Tonga (??)
Seriously hoping it manages to make its way back to me!

Anybody else have experiences where their orders get close and then end up in a different country?
>>
>>9631028
Absolutely! I was planning to review it anyway since raincoats are so uncommon. It'll be a couple weeks, though. I'm having tenso confirm the package weight, since it's been marked by them as weighing a little over 1.2kg, which is more than the heaviest main piece I've shipped through them.
>>
>>9631009
OMG that sounds horrible.
Was it insured?
>>
>see cheap AP bag on Wunderwelt
>it's called "mini heart bag" or something

How bad did I do? Still excited to get it though.

I just recieved Sweetie Violet JSK in sax, it was a long time wishlist dress for me but always so expensive... Finally I bought it off of fril for like 30000 yen and it came with a big tea-like stain which wasn't listed in description... After the initial heart attack I was able to remove it easily with some water and laundry gel and now it looks perfectly gorgeous, but I'm still a bit upset about the whole situation...

It's kind of a mail horror story here.

I preordered Honey Honey Cat's Astrology JSK and bonnet with Buynosaur (yes i chosed because Spreenow was in holidays during preorder).

So after months of waiting i finally get my jsk, along with other items. But when I retrieve it at the post office, the box has been torn! All my items are still there, except the bonnet (pic related)!

Do you think it's possible to get a refund on the item?
>>
>>9632930
I think you'll have to talk to the post office about it. Tell them that one of the things you ordered wasn't in the box, and that the box was ripped open.

My raincoat came today!

My first thought when I opened the box was "Oh, no. This won't work at all." It's made of a woven nylon fabric that's softish on the outer side, and kind of plasticky/rubbery on the inside. I was absolutely positive that when I put the sleeve under the tap, it would soak right through. So when it didn't, I was really surprised! I think it's been treated with a special coating, because even after being under the tap for a few minutes, the water beads up and rolls right off. The fabric stays completely dry to the touch. It's actually really cool! The coat has lots of room for big pettis. It also has a big pocket on each side seam, which wasn't mentioned on the listing. What it doesn't have though, is a hood.

The tote is made of the same water beading magic fabric, and it's pretty roomy! I can fit my quilted heart purse inside it comfortably. I measured the tote to be 35cm across, 29cm tall, and 5cm wide.

Overall I'm surprised and impressed with what I got for the price, especially for new release brand. I'm looking forward to a rainy day so I can wear it.
>>
>>9640954
>https://lolibrary.org/items/ap-rainy-mariana-coat
It is coated with a water repellant, just be careful when you wash it. I'd probably just spot clean as needed.
>>
>>9640963
You're right! It does say that. I just wasn't expecting the coating would be quite so effective considering how nice the fabric feels. I'm not exaggerating when I say it stays totally dry to the touch.
>>
>>9640665

Id avoid the hassle of buying from M&S if you're abroad. It's gone down the drain in recent years for clothes and shoes. It used to be great, but too many corners have been cut in terms of quality lately. Things don't last, and fabrics feel nasty nowadays.

A bunch of stuff I just purchased from Wunderwelt. Normally I aim for a more wearable style and was getting wardrobe essentials but...I've always wanted the Sheglit and Boz gothic dream (I'd love to be Buttcape for a day), and I'm letting myself live a little. I really like it, it's super soft, and the gradient looks a lot more natural on. The bangs are thin and airy, and didn't need trimming at all in my case. My only issues are that (like all raincos wigs I buy) the color is a little darker than I was expecting, and it's already kind of frizzy.

Please help, I am buying a cosplay accessory that is supposed to arrive 12-20 days via ePacket from Aliexpress. Can anyone please tell me how long it has taken them to receive? I don't know if the 12-20 days includes weekends either. Can anyone tell me how long their ePacket 12-20 shipping has actually taken them? I live in Oregon. I ordered this before National Day but the seller did not ship despite having 5 days before holiday... Seconding that sentiment. Love Mercari so much. Got this A&tP bag (it looks better without the garish red background) and a mmm that I can't find on lolibrary, rose opal. Apart from that two off-brand velvet short jackets, one black, one dusty rose. Snagged a black velvet victorian maiden OP and a bordeaux chess print IW JSK last week, and the atelier pierrot Romeo & Juliet black OP the week before. More or less set for cold weather to commence, but if one of my dream dresses pops up I'm probably going to buy more.

Yeah it's actually become the nicest rain coat I own. I do intend to modify it though. It doesn't button all the way down so I'm going to sew on a couple snaps. I've had the chance now to wear it outdoors and the wind just blows it open and leaves you with wet knees.
>>
>>9657553
I have one from Chess Story and can confirm it's water proof too. Idk if it's still available because I bought it few years ago but it came with a small bag which fits into most lolita bags pretty well so I can just toss it there and take it out if needed.

I can try to take pics if you prefer them but yes the fabric is definitely thin. It works for me because I live in Northern Europe so it's either too hot for thicker one or too cold to not put it over other outerwear. It's probably the reason why it fits into small space, too. Mine isn't really shiny but I admit it's a bit wrinkly after being stored in the bag. I would say it's fine if you are planning to mostly carry it just in case in your bag but for more frequent wear it might not be as good as the AP one. Atleast esthetically. I have the pink one, by the way.

sorry for the shitty collage, it's my first time posting in these threads haha.

Small Aliexpress haul here, but it's my first time using Aliexpress.
Top row is all things for my secret santa, who's into fairy kei and "pastel vomit", as she calls it. Pompoms are going to be put inside of tulle headbows.

Bottom row is for me to start bullet journaling because I'm a filthy lifestyler. It's a sax blue A6 binder, some dotted paper, and a small lace-shaped ruler. I'm anxious to start my first journal. I've always used traditional planners.

I didn't know that they were replicas, first of all, since this type of style isn't anything that I normally wear. But I also doubt my giftee will care since she said she's fine with replicas. (I wouldn't have gone out of my way to find replicas though because I don't like supporting replicas, but seeing as I already bought these, there's not much I can do about it now)

What are they a replica of?

JetJ coat la dame de la rose review

Anon, the sleeves are okay! I was worried when I got it out of the bag, but impressed with closetchild's shipping. Usually it takes a while, but I ordered yesterday and it arrived today around the same time as I ordered.

Anyway, I put it on over a tanktop since it's uncharacteristically hot these past days, and it hits just under my wrists. In winter, with a blouse and cardigan under it, the sleeves might just be a tad borderline in length, but not so much that it's a problem or looks ridiculous. Plenty of room around the shoulders and waist, but I was expecting that since I fit into their size 1 skirts.

The color is indeed between gray and brown, was worried about that since warm brown doesn't suit me, but it is mocha, basically the only brown that suits me. The lace is true black, and the velvet ribbon old rose, just as beautiful as expected. It's going to work great with most of my velvet and velveteen winter pieces.

The wool is soft, unlike my Harris tweed coat that's hard and scratchy and that I'm definitely going to get rid off.

The coat if warm enough for late fall and probably also winter, but probably not for below freezing temperatures, unless you wear thermal underwear/longjohns beneath. Definitely worth the 23,000 yen I paid for it.

Now I'm going to steam the wrinkles out of it.

>>9651961
Sorry it took so long I've recently changed address so its taken a while getting anything to me. The shoes are beautiful but I'm super worried about marking the strap with the buckle since its quite a challenge getting it through, but I have tiny ankles so it fits snug on the second loop. I have thin feet as well so theres a lot of extra room so normal sized anons shouldnt be put off.

Incoming for me from Yahoo Auctions / Atelier Boz. Saw the Boz Marquis jacket for only ¥6000 over a month ago, so decided to pack in a few things in the 30 days from FromJapan since it sounds like they're less garbage and back to how they used to be again. Even if it isn't a Roland or their more embelished jackets it looks so sleek and owning a Boz jacket for that little is something I can't say no to. Also really happy with snagging this beautiful IW dress for ¥6800, I've wanted an old green embroidery dress for ages and it looks pristine.

I'm so though salty about someone on Y!J who posted the new Boz Steiner blouse for I think around ¥7000 a few days ago but then cancelled the listing shortly after I submitted a sniper bid aghjgkshfjds

Milky Swan and assorted crafts stuff. The Athena wool (thistle mauve, rose pink, baby blue) is excellent quality but very lightweight, crochet it together with gold lame thread to make capelets and boleros. Not sure the caron is any good so I've ordered just one skein to try. Pink sparkle paint is for my white patent leather shoes that are in perfect condition apart from yellowing something awful. Never buying white patent leather shoes again.

Yup!! Sorry it took so long for me to review:

I ordered it September 9th, and it arrived around November 5th. The wait time wasn't a huge deal, though there was no communication between the order going in and it being shipped out, so it made me a little anxious, but got to me nonetheless.

I bought a Classy A-Line in white, with 4 layers at 40cm in hard tulle. 4 layers was perfect for most of my IW dresses, without making them look overstuffed. Unfortunately, the 40cm petti was much much shorter than expected (ok I totally didn't measure before ordering) and I have to wear it at my hips rather than my waist to fill out dresses properly, which leaves a gap at the top.

The petti itself is really well made, everything is securely sewn down (unlike my classic puppets pettis baka). The fabric is quite scratchy, and could potentially snag in tights, so that's something to be wary of. The hard tulle held its shape much better throughout the day than any other petti I've worn before.

The waist also has a drawstring so I can loosen it to be more comfortable, however because of this, the tulle isn't evenly distributed and it takes a lot of adjustment to get the right shape which is quite annoying. All in all, it's well made and the wait wasn't as bad as I expected, but the length (my fault) and the distribution kills it for me so I prob wont order from them again.

Here's a shitty pic I just took of me wearing only the MLT petti, it took me a really long time to get my skirt to sit well over it though.
>>

It's always a gamble. I have a VM OP and it's gorgeous but the sleeves are too short. Fortunately it's black velvet and I can elongate them by having black crochet lace protrude from them, going halfway up my hands.
>>
>>9696133
The blouses have arrived and I'm confused by the Maximan one, which says it's 100% cotton in spite of being a kind of polyester chiffon? Is it a thing for some items to get the material mislabeled? Satisfied with the quality, buttons and lace on both of them though. Going to alter the position of the button on the maximam's cuffs as they're way too wide.

MLT order arrived this week, and I've now had the chance to wear the bigger petti I bought! Here's a few things I noticed throughout the day!

It's definitely a soft fabric. Not itchy or anything. I wore OTKs, so it brushed against my legs. It didn't bother me. If you own a CP bell shape, the MLT voile is ever so slightly less shiny and stiff, and a little heavier.

The construction on the part of the petti facing the body is nice. The poly lining stays in place, no bunching or riding up. I wasn't picking petti out from between my legs every time I moved the wrong way like I did with the CP one. I know that's a little tmi, but if you're worried about comfort, there's nothing worse than petti-wedgie. I think between the poly lining and the overall structure of the MLT petti that uses layers to gain fluff instead of tight ruffling like the CP one, it helps a lot to keep it out of your legs when you're moving.

I can post some pictures of the fabric if you want when I get home from work, but honestly considering my shit tier camera (>>9640954) you probably won't get much information from them.

That's great to hear!! I justified buying it with the fact it would match a bunch of my stuff too haha. You have good taste then!

Also have a bunch of stuff coming (along with Christmas gifts and last minute secret santa stuff). Especially excited for the drifloon bag that I'm going to shoehorn into everything

Christmas haul for myself since I got a new job a couple months ago, mostly Liz Lisa outwear. I threw out/donated my old jackets and coats because they were ugly.

Items with green dots have already arrived.

I ordered the boots from DreamV like a week ago and they haven't shipped out yet- has anyone had any delays with their stuff from them? This is the first time I've ordered shoes directly from DreamV.

>order a Gaia from Epic
>religiously check tracking
>arrived at post office, sorted, put in a truck, out for delivery. it WILL be here today.
>mail truck comes
>lady just drops off a few letters and drives away
>five minutes of sad refreshing the tracking page, hear a high pitched beep
>it's getting closer
>go outside
>mail lady is booking it in reverse towards my house with the package
>she apparently forgot to drop it off with the paper mail
Props to her for not just leaving it for tomorrow at least.

>>

Thanks!! An anon contacted me about hers offering to sell me it. I've been spamming the dream dress thread about it for a while now haha. It pops up every few months tho, I've been trying for 3 years and always seemed to miss it when I forgot to check so just keep a hawk eye on yahoo auctions!!

I dabble in all types of Jfashion. I love Dolly Kei and Mori girl the most. Sweet Dreamer has a lot of items that can fit both of these styles. I honestly want to buy the whole store, but I just settled for two items.

I also got some tights from Celeste Stein. I haven't bought from them in over 3 years, but they had really good quality and were very stretchy, so I am going to give them another shot.

I don't know ow where to ask this. But maybe mail thread works. Does Tokyo Otaku Mode take forever to ship? I order stuff from closetchild and it's shipped and delivered in less than a week. The stupid listen flavor and plushies I ordered from "TOM", shipped ems, hasn't been shipped yet and just says pending. It's been over a week.

>Is something going on in Poland?
I ordered a few pieces from there. The girl put them in the mail right away and gave me the tracking number and it's been stuck in the post since Nov.22. The tracking number says it's in "pre-shipment" to the USA.
>>
>>9714001
Are you using an international post tracker or the USPS one?
International one should at least give you the tracking for within Poland.
If it says it's in "pre-shipment" it can also mean that the seller printed the label and everything but didn't actually put it in the post yet.
>>
>>9714005
The international says the post office received it on the 21 and then it was "Sent from Poland". Then the USPS site says it's in "pre-shipment".
>>
>>9714001
Polish anon here, nothing major is happening, other than snow. Hope you get your mail soon.
>>
>>9714001
I'm in a similar situation too with a package from Poland. Just be patient. Not every mail carrier service for each country is speedy.

>>9714039
I wish for some snow here soon.

OP of this Polish package thing, just wanted to give an update: The tracking number works now and here is the timeline for reference in the future if anyone wants to get something from Poland to the west coast of USA and they have time constants to consider:
>2017-11-18
Package dropped off at Polish post office on
>2017-11-21
Package goes to some capitol or international sorting building.
>2017-11-22
Package leaves this center, but no information states if it's still in Poland or traveling abroad.
~ time passes and I start to freak out ~
>2017-12-5
Package arrives in New York.
>2017-12-6 (and 7th)
It's in transit to the west coast.
>2017-12-8
Package is in the care of my local post office and will be delivered today.

Overall the time frame isn't bad (compared to Tao Bao) but I just wanted to post this in case you need to order ahead of an event; the bottom line is order as far ahead as you can to give breathing room for the postal system.
