Thanks for posting Miho Matsuda anon. I think they need some more love. Was anyone reserving the new shoes they released? I was surprised to see it.
>>

I would love those shoes but my feet are 25cm!
>>
>>9777691
I never got the huge appeal of the strap shoes like this. I guess it's so you can see your printed tights/OTKs through but I really just think the shoes are ugly and make your legs look stubby.
>>
>>9777698
I always thought it was one of those historical children fashion inspired things
>>
>>9777698
Really? I think they only make your leg look stubby if they go really far up the leg. I think they look slimming if they stay at the ankle and are well fit.

Just going off the fact that there's old school dumps all the time that are like 100 posts long. A few posts are alright, and we could all use more classic.
>>
>>9777734
I've never seen those old school dumps you speak of. Even when I post about a new release I only post one picture of the whole dress, and sometimes maybe a close-up.

Those dumps you're talking about almost always have their own thread, and when they don't people complain.

I absolutely love basic stuff. Lolita is usually all about the details but idk sometimes the basics just click with me better. Besides, fewer people ask if you've lost sheep when there's no pattern on your dress.

Am I the only one who thinks the old Haenuli dresses all look like train wrecks? Like, her new stuff is lovely, and even her stuff from like 2015 on looks awesome, but almost everything before that in that album was....not good.

Somehow sweet looks much more casual to me. Classic pieces are pretty plain, you have to wear a lot of stuff to make it look detailed enough, when sweet things look very fancy right out of the box.

I wonder how the wardrobes of closet child's employees look like. I'd even work there for free desu. Imagine being able to grab new, rare or cheap stock before everyone else.
>>
>>9777855

Some noodle-limbed girls tuck extra wristcuffs into their sleeves to make up for the sleeves being maybe an inch or two too short. It generally looks okay, so long as you don't hold up your hand and ruin the illusion that the wristcuff is connected to the sleeve.
>>
>>9777935
No, but I also think a lot of her newer stuff is ugly too. She has maybe one hit every two years and the rest is awful.
>>
>>9777998
Oh wow she’s busting out of that bodice. Is this why she mostly does floordinates?
>>
>>9778002
Casual means something comfy enough for casual wear, that doesn't make you constantly check if you bonnet sits right in proper way or your bouquet broches are well attached so you don't lose them next moment.

>>9778004
Well, it has a lot of stuff going on, but it's so obvious, like floral pattern, floral laces... Probs, it's just not my thing
>>
>>9778089
But you don’t have to wear bonnets with classic just like you don’t have to wear giant head-eating bows with sweet. I don’t understand what point you’re trying to make.
>>
Gulls I have some old pieces from when I was just starting lolita I'd like to sell. However, I was pretty careless with my clothes back then and they're not in good condition. How do you price items that have stains/discoloration/other damage? I mostly just want them gone at this point, so is doing an auction with a starting price of 1$ a good idea? Would anyone even be interested at all? The pieces are brand, but they're not particularly special or desired.
>>
>>9778110
I can't help you, but I'm in the same boat. I hope we can both figure out what to do with our old dresses, anon.
>>
>>9778110
1$ auctions are best for these items, unless you'd be hurt if it does sell for only 5$.
>>
Did anyone ever pay an invoice from a private seller by using the "pay later" feature? Or did anyone ever receive such a payment?
>>
>>9778131
I have. The seller does not know if you use pay later, they receive their money immediately and normally from Paypal.
>>
>>9778131
It's a credit agreement you have with paypal, so paypal are literally loaning you the money to pay someone else and you pay them back directly.
>>
>>9778084
She has an odd shaped body, not fat by any means but she seems to hold her weight up top.
>>
>>9778167
IW dresses are generally very forgiving in the bust (which is why I own more of their unshirred OPs than any other brand). That dress is unshirred but the bust is 95 cm which is still pretty large.

At first I thought she was getting squished by a tight dress, but after looking at the measurements I wonder if she's simply not wearing a good bra.
>>
>>9778110

Gulls often talk about buying used clothing from Wundervelt, you could look at their account and copy their description and pricing.

With a $1 auction, be prepared if the item does actually sell for $1, especially if your account doesn't have decent feedback, people may think it's a scam and be unwilling to bid more than $1. If you have any social media presence definitely hype up the auction any way you can.
>>
>>9778188
Yeah, this is what I was worried about. I have decent feedback as a buyer, but haven't really sold items at all before. I honestly don't mind if it doesn't sell for much as long as the buyer pays for shipping though, so it might be fine.
>>
>>9778089

It really isn't your thing, so don't try explaining something you don't understand.
>>
>>9778172
But regardless of the overall width, IW bodices are notorious for being tubelike/shallow/cut for a small cup size. That may be part of the problem.
>>
>>9778172
It looks like she's wearing a bra that holds her where it ought to - she's just busty and I don't see a way for her to change where her bust should sit unless she wants a chin rest.
>>
>>9778317
It looks like it's squishing her boobs down towards her tummy. They're not where they should be, not at her age anyway.
>>
>>9778322
A tube bodice will do that even with a good bra. The tissue has to go somewhere. If you ever used a binder, you know what I mean about tissuing getting distributed weirdly. Trust me I was 100cm pre-breast reduction. I knew how to find good bras using the BraThatFits method. Suddenly my IW dresses fit so much better just from sheer size reduction.
>>
>>9778397
Oh wow I didn't think the girl in the dress would be around 100 cm but I guess it's likely. Congrats on the reduction, I'm glad it's been a positive thing for you. If you don't mind sharing, may I ask what size you went down to?
>>
>>9778195
Do broad listings..
Make nicely lit collage pics of the items
describe them in the post, damages et all
Try doing blocks of 6 or so per post
>PICK TWO, your choice, see pictures damages described in listing
Or something similar
With the nicer items you could ask for more, but you'd sell them quick if it's buyers choice at say, 20-30.
If some things refuse to sell, tbrow them into orders as gifts.
>>
>>9778172
I know her irl and she is not even near the 100 cm bust. This picture is from two years ago (she wore this for SFE in Amsterdam) so she has lost weight since then or wore the wrong bra.

Innocent World 誕生20周年を記念し

「お嬢様の普段着」をテーマにした新レーベルがデビューすることとなりました。

詳細は、2月9日(金)オフィシャルのホームページにて発表します。

-----------------------

To celebrate the Innocent World birth 20 anniversary

The new label was the "young lady of casual," the theme is now decided to debut.

For more information, it will be announced in the February 9 (gold) official website.

Look forward to
>>

Maybe it's like AP's lavender label in a way? Like IW is going to release stuff they specifically categorize as casual, or something. I'm not entirely sure what it means, to be honest, but it sounds interesting.

>>9779191
That's why I'm curious, because IW already do release easy to wear solids. I mean, how much more casual can their designs get? Or maybe we'll just have more designs like pic related in a category of their own that's separate from the fancy/printed items. I'm excited for it if that's what it means, IW's solids are amazing staples for daily wear.
>>
>>9779195
Yeah, I am a complete whore for their solids. Or I wonder if it'll be like cutsews/cutsew material OPs/parkas and the like. I certainly wouldn't mind owning another parka from IW.
>>
>>9779092
love this, hate the cuts. Fuck you AP why can't you make one empire waist cut and one normal waist cut in your releases?

>inb4 "you must look bad in empire waist cuts, you must be obese"
yeah, of course, that's why I dislike them. I also think everyone looks bad in them. And not a fatty-chan.
>>
>>9779243
No one cares what you look like in anything
>>
>>9779248
Nah whenever i see someone saying they don't like a certain cut, the argument is always that the poster must look like shit in them or be fat.

But way to miss the point, I was complaining about their cuts.
>>
>>9778009
A lot of secondhand shops in the states have rules against employees snapping up the good stuff, so they might too. Although that's easy to work around if you have a friend
>>
>>9779243
I hate empire waists too, they make everybody look fat and look weird with a petticoat to me.
>>
>>9779269
Empire waists always make me think of the nightgowns Lucy would wear on I Love Lucy. I can see how a flowy empire waste would make for cute sleepwear but I really don't need to be walking around looking like someone cut my midriff and sewed my hips to my chest.
>>

>>
>>9779135
My Dreamholic experience was terrible. Took forever to ship, and the wig looked nothing like the photo. It was thick on top, but the ends were very thin and tangled very easily. The wig was also very large on my head, even after adjusting, although that may benefit some.
>>
>>9779243
I love empire waists, I feel like regular cuts makes me look short and stubby.
>>
>>9779289
Enjoy looking like a pregnant hot air balloon in all their awful empire waist cuts and pretending that you don't, then.
But that's your business.
>>
>>9779301
I look cute in them because I'm not a fat fuck with man shoulders. You should try it.
>>
>>9779289
I'm 96 pounds dude, they just look weird in general. Not to say no one can pull them off, but tailored waists look better on most people, and it would be nice to at least have the option. You seem quick to call people fat, ana-chan.
>>
>>9779184
>Proud of buying stuff with no income

>>
>>9779092
I don't think this looks bad at all... the cuts at least, the print isn't my cup of tea. There have been high waist cuts that look awful, and sack dresses look bad pretty often too, but these are nice imo. The details are cute too.

>>
>>9779092
Neither of these look like empire waist. The look higher than just waist, yes. But I can't see them as empire unless your boobs are so huge they take up the entire bodice.
>>
>>9779177
>>9779441
There is no excuse for people not doing the legwork (i.e. google translating and then applying some basic critical thinking skills) for this shit themselves.

I seriously wonder about people's intelligence in this fashion... It should not be hard for anyone to parse out brand messages; they're usually very basic and only use common terms. If you're not already using google translate and rikaikun/chan, you're just fucking lazy.

>>
>>9779449
>your boobs are so huge they take up the entire bodice.
i really think this is their issue with high-waist cuts. it's kind of funny so many gulls hate the most common cut in lolita.
>>
>>9779582
>the most common cut in lolita
I don't know if it's the most common as it is what's trendy in sweet lolita. The most common cut in lolita, the standard even, is the natural waist cut.
>>
>>9779586
high-waist cuts are the most common compared to low waist, mid waist, skirt etc. and i'm pretty sure it's not a trend
>>
>>9779586
nvm i just looked up what you mean by natural waist. for me ap cuts like the lavender jsk are at my natural waist.
>>
>>9779582
The iconic lolita silhouette is a bell shaped skirt flaring our from the natural waist. One brand trying a different cut for a few years doesn’t suddenly make that the most common. Brands other than AP exist, remember?
>>
>>9779598
i already said nvm but you can't convince me that skirts are the most common cut
>>
>>9779603
I wasn’t replying to you and I wasn’t talking only about skirts, just the skirt portion of a dress. Go to bed, anon.
>>
>>9779131

>>
>>9779606
it's so weird that you call that part a skirt, one of the weirdest things i've learned about english so far
>>
>>9779614
Nayrt, I don't know if English is your second language but dresses typically have a bodice and skirt portion.
>>
>>9779451
>I seriously wonder about people's intelligence in this fashion
There are a lot of dumb people everywhere. Normies with really good jobs can be retarded about simple things like wearing clothes in the right size. I sometimes think ''wow, people on rufflechat/cgl are sooo dumb and lazy'' but then I look at other websites and realize it's normal.
>>
>>9777743
I'm honestly in love.
>>
>>9779131
I wear Baby but i'm definitely more of a meta and etc girl
>>
>>9779620
Fine then, people in general. IMO if you can't learn the basic terms (or at least develop basic research skills) needed to participate in a hobby, you're either a poseur/wannabe or plain stupid, both of which make you insufferable.
You don't even need to learn Japanese or whatever, just learn how to use the myriad of tools at your disposal and your brain. I guess the latter proves problematic for some people.
>>
Does anyone have recommendations on where to find some cutsew/tees that could be worked into a very casual pink/lavender coord? Might be using black as a third color so that's an option too.

Most smart people are enormously lazy because they live their lives coasting on their smarts of a given type. If something is available on a golden platter (piles of lolitas in cgl) then why bother getting an accurate translation when you’re not even good at it?

Smart people are also self conscious about things they aren’t good at, so why fumble with moonrunes when there’s probably someone here who’s taken JAPN 201.

That said does it invalidate anything you said? No, I agree on principle. But... they’re probably just lazy.
>>
>>9779809
I hate those dresses and I have like 3 of them. I'm going to mod in a lapped zip, why on Earth do you like them? Although Baby's invisible zippers are a pain, I can agree.
>>
>>9779802
>makes dresses that technically can fit fatter people
>make cuts unflattering as hell on them
>why aren't they buying our dresses?
AP should pick a side already, I'm sure their smol Asian fanbase can't be too happy with their current sizing either.
>>
Is there etiquette/norms for wearing jfashion to anime conventions? I want to wear it out of the house but I'm not part of a comm yet. I've seen people wear lolita to cons but they're usually in groups. I didn't know if it'd be tacky to wear it alone.
>>
>>9779824
I’ve worn it alone and then meet up with my lolita and non lolita friend groups. This is kind of a pass to go OTT but try to avoid cosplay elements. If anyone asks what cosplay it is briefly explain its lolita fashion.

I’m part of a comm but I don’t go out with them much, so I just wear it when I feel like it. I started at cons because it was a safe place to dress weird but I encourage you to wear t on any occasion: work if it’s allowed, to the stores, on a nice walk, café brunch.
>>
>>9779819
I mean some cuts flatter fat folks, some don’t. I think that’s fine.
>>
>>9779817
I just find them more comfortable to put on. I have a 16 inch difference between my waist and bust and it makes trying to zip up anything a bit frustrating. It's especially bad with BTSBB invisible zippers but those are garbage regardless of one's measurements.

I would buy more full shirring pieces but I really don't like how they look on me.
>>
>>9779894
Interesting. I find them a pain to put on as I have to either go over my head and screw up my hair and possibly hit my makeup or step in and finagle my blouse back into position and attempt to button the straps back down. I have Twinkle Sky, Lucky Key, Loyal Rosette and SDD, and I hate that about them. That's why most dresses have the hook and eye though anon. To help you zip them up.
>>
>>9779824
I always go with a group of friends or my bf. When you go out alone, especially if you go out alone to eat, randos might try to spark up a conversation with you because you're alone at a restaurant.
I've worn casual to shops and stuff by myself and people are usually busy doing their own thing and they might take a look at you and then go back to doing their own thing.
>>
>>9779824
It's fine to wear it alone. It also makes it easier to talk to other lolitas at cons, even if you don't know them. You can just compliment their coord or ask where they got something or if they're going to any lolita panels or whatever.

>hook and eye help you zip up
I can never fucking do it with one hand and always have to ask for help. When I'm alone I just pull it over my head zipped up and do my hair after.

I really don't get why some find it so easy to put these dresses on unless they are the kind you don't have to zip up.
>>
>>9779987
Why are you using only one hand? You use one hand to straighten the zip and the other to zip it up.
>>
>>9780007
I mean when I have it on- I can not get the hook and eye clasp to connect.

Zipper and clasp is on my left side. I reach over with my right hand to attempt to clasp the hook and eye together. Can't use my left hand as it doesnt reach to my left armpit area.

How are you doing it?

They are a pain to put on, agreed, but far less of a pain that fighting with a hook and eye. When you have a sizable measurement difference from waist to bust, especially if the shirring is tight similar to how older AP and IW pieces are, it's a struggle.

>>9779987

>>
>>9780041
I get the same issue and I usually take out the lacing. It’s just because the shirring naturally tries to be unstretched so it creates that gap, which zippers struggle with.

don't buy from their storenvy, all the bad feedback comes from people who bought from there. Get an ss and buy from their Taobao store, I bought 5 wigs and intend to buy more, never had any problems with the purchases or the wigs. Sorry to interject your angry circlejerking here but I did look up the translation, Google only gave me "casual clothes"; maybe my perspective is wonky because I wear lolita daily so many of IW's simpler pieces are perfect as casual clothes, so I was a bit confused about their intent, but that doesn't mean I was being lazy.
>>
>>9780041
>My hand can reach my arm pit area
I just tried it now that I'm not in public and I can reach my armpit but I can't see past my shoulder so I'm just grabbing at tiny clasps with my finger tips and getting nothing accomplished.

Whatever. My boyfriend always does it and when hes not around I don't care about doing my hair after I put on my dress.
>>
>>9779809
Quite a few if you're into Meta, otherwise AP/IW/BtSSB don't tend to go for actual half shirring, mostly quarter shirring with zipper.I don't really like it though as I feel it doesn't fit as well on me compared to quarter shirring.
>>
>>9779809

Actually, AP and Baby make them quite often, but usually on high-waisted dresses, which probably won't be boob-friendly. Eternal Carnival (regular release) is the only one that's low-waist and has no zipper, but the waist itself is quite small even with shirring so you might want to avoid it (there's no zipper, so you'll have to squeeze your boobs past the small waist).

For actual recommendations. Try Enchantlic Enchantilly. They're a lot more generous with their fabric, so even if you don't like the way the fully shirred dresses look you can still take them to a tailor's and there is enough fabric to have them make a fitted front and a shirred back for you. Their jsks have all been half-shirred, though there's only like 3 or 5 so far.
>>
>>9780104

Just ignore them, I don't believe they didn't see the translation in the same post, or the 2-3 posts following the original, discussing how IW is already pretty casual lolita. Sounds more like they're baiting.

Friday's tomorrow and I'm really curious to see what IW puts out. A lot of IW solids are pretty casual by lolita standards but still Amish kei by normie standards, so I think they do actually have a lot of wiggle room. I'm bailing if the skirt gets too short or non-poofy, though.
>>
>>9780173
Yeah not sure what their damage is, I obviously pasted the google translation-- I just wanted to know other people's take? Or maybe an anon had more specific insight on specific translations of words that would clarify if it's like a subbrand, or a series or something idk.

>>

I'm glad you posted it, I glossed over it thinking it's another new print and would have totally missed it completely.

As for the translation, the only thing I saw wrong is translating Friday as (gold), but that really adds nothing to the discussion. Original Japanese does directly call it a new label (新レーベル), but I really don't know if that word means the same in Japan.
>>

I had to look it up because I assumed Baby Ponytail was a Taobao brand (the name doesn't help), but it turns out they're British. It does look exactly like something from Taobao, though. Do they get their fabric printed and pieces sewn in China?
>>
>>9780348

>>
>>9780350

Someone said the dresses actually ship from Hong Kong, and that they're pretty meh-tier. It sounds to me like someone living in (or "residing", as in "frequently visits") UK but is mainlander Chinese and gets their dresses printed and made with the same factories that make taobao lolita dresses.

This was way back in 2014, 2015 when they were posting borderline ita-tier coords to tumblr and facebook though (both accounts are deleted now).

It doesn't look great quality to begin with, you can see the ribbons are one-sided satin since one bow tail is helpfully flipped and looks greyer on the other side, I wouldn't be surprised if the ribbons actually look even cheaper in person. The gold trim is way too yellow, too. they make the gold earring she's wearing look beige. Imo it's these careless taobao-tier details that will make the dress a pain to actually wear well.

Both are easily fixed if you're willing to spend money taking it to a tailor's, I suppose. I don't know that I have a lot of faith in the fabric quality considering the trim, and again I wouldn't be surprised to find this photo had been shooped to heck and back so buyers find the dress appealing. But if you really like it that much, just get the dress and get the trim replaced.

Cut it short and do rebonding (at a hair salon).

Have a friend with hair texture like this and that's what she did. There's no point having long hair unless you can also show off how sleek and shiny and well-behaved it is. If it's just long and frizzy like this it just looks like you don't take of yourself and haven't heard of hair salons where professional people help you take care of your hair.

IW's announcement went up:

To commemorate the 20th anniversary of Innocent World,
Designer Yumi Fujiwara will launch a new label.

The design concept is "Lady's casual wear"
We propose a style that is simple but elegant cuteness overflows.

Easy to have for commuting and school attendance, simple design features.
The material is less likely to wrinkle, mainly polyester is easy to clean.
In addition, there are many plain items that are easy to coordinate with your existing clothes.

The announcement and reservation of goods are scheduled from the end of February to the beginning of March.

Please look forward to it

Speaking of casual clothes. A lot of girls in my comm love old-school lolita because it's more casual/simple looking. Shorter skirts and JSKs that only fit a short, thin petticoat are accepted in old school lolita as long as it's from the right brand and time. But how come when brands release more casual stuff nowadays, people argue that it's not lolita at all?
>>
>>9782128
I've seen different Moitie pieces with that print go for really cheap
>>
>>9782160
It depends on what it is. Mini skirts and salopettes are often the subject of these arguments because they don't subscribe to the "standard" lolita silhouette, so people argue that they're meant for fairy kei/girly style rather than lolita.
Old school designs that need thin petticoats are accepted because they're "classic" designs that were around when the fashion began, plus a dress doesn't have to have three stacked cupcake petticoats worth of poof to count as lolita.

Can you point out a recent release that isn't a mini skirt or salopette that people argue isn't lolita?
If it's something like IW's simple releases (re: >>9779195), the argument might stem from girls' off perspectives; it's not exclusive to newbies either, some people are so used to see OTT printed pieces that anything less is "boring" and "barely lolita" to them, which is messed up imo but I digress.

>Can you point out a recent release that isn't a mini skirt or salopette that people argue isn't lolita?
I don't agree that salopettes can't be lolita. I feel like people are using a different set of rules for old-school for no viable reason. I think brands like AP wouldn't intentionally release many things that are not lolita. The short skirts is just an example, I also see the same thing happen for some sack dresses, cutsew dresses, showing skin, amount of accessories, hair and makeup. I get old-school has a different aesthetic but I don't get why people are putting more limitations on lolita now.
>>
>>9782178
I don't think it's people applying stricter limits on the fashion as it is people hanging onto what they see as the familiar form of lolita. I don't know if it's out of nostalgia, a fear of change or something else, but I can understand it; if you've been around for a while and got a set idea of what lolita is, it can be jarring to see the brands straying from what you perceive as the standard.
I'm not saying that thinking this way is a good or bad thing, just pointing out that this way of thinking exists and it may be the reason why people reject certain designs and disregard them as not being lolita.
>>
>>9782178
>I don't get why people are putting more limitations on lolita now.
It's not a now thing. Western people and online comms have always had strict ideas about what is and isn't lolita unless they're the weeby hugbox tween groups. To begin with it was due to the number of literal cosplays and ita trash that made up the majority of what people were calling "lolita" that triggered "the rules" - and shit, back in the day there was a debate about whether striped socks of all things were lolita on egl. Painting dresses, tea length, wearing tights... all these things have been previously decried as "not very lolita" at times. Only certain types of old school get accepted now to be honest - basically you need to look like a model snap and still have the more matchy vibe of today's coords, the actual "lolita outfits" that you saw back in the day would probably be torn to shreds now or nitpicked to death.
>>
>>9782179
>>9782196
I appreciate your insight. I know it doesn't mean much to say this on cgl but I started wearing lolita over 10 years ago. I took a break, and now that I'm back old-school is much more popular in my comm, so I just never thought about the different standards before. I was always on the "if the brand designer considers it lolita, it's lolita" side of the discussions.

Does anyone know the story behind this shoot?
>>

Unrelated to your question, sorry, but
>lolita cosplay fashion
Maybe it's because I'm into the fashion myself so I'm biased but I don't understand how anyone can type these words together and think they make sense. Cosplay is one thing, fashion is another, it can't be both.

>>9782113
I hope so, I'm getting a new job which allows wearing clothing that isn't an all black uniform and wearing casual lolita might be an option.

Sometimes shopping on Japan sites doesn't help
>>
>>9782412
Nayrt but I caught a girl wearing a dress that still had the tag attached at a meetup once. It was actually my first meet and she was a mod/kind of e-famous so I didn’t say anything. She later sold the dress but I don’t know if it was listed as NWT.

>>9782435
A lot of my dresses have this and I never use those waist ties so I never bothered to remove the tags. It never occurred to me to bamboozle potential buyers, though.

Sure, but if your BMI is causing heart failure that might be an issue

I don't think you've tasted the true desperation for dream dress before if you care so much about the validity of its NWT label.

Sure, you might only want it new (nothing wrong with wanting something 100% new), but just admit you never wanted it that badly and move on.
>>
>>9782489
maybe they needed the L rerelease because they're too fat for the revival lmao

Not just for children, they were a general late Victorian/Edwardian fashion trend, you can read a little bit about it here:

The point when AP transitioned from doing one empire waist and one normal waist/skirt to just doing everything empire waist was the point when I stopped buying AP. I can tolerate empire waists with subdued poofs or an A-line cut but empire waist + big poof just makes everyone look pregnant.

I don't agree at all, I actually think modern takes on old school are kind of biased towards the deliberately mismatched vibe. Modern standards for hair and make-up are way higher though.

It doesn't matter, those people are wrong. They're just trying to seem like lolita experts when really it just shows that they don't know anything about it.

How do Meta’s shoes generally fit? If I wear a UK 3/EU 36 will the M be much too big for me? (Yes i know i should measure my feet and so on, but in my experience even if you buy your actual measurement, that doesn’t always correspond to the actual size)
>>
>>9781897
>>9781899

>>

A third of the video in a series of four videos is already too much. I'm so sick of this drama. Nothing will change.
AM will continue to be as always.
She just exploited this stuff for personal gains. What did the *actual* victims get out of this? Squat. What did Tyler get? More notoriety, views.
>>
>>9782646
I have modeled for meta at a con before, and the shoes they brought me were a few sizes too big.
I'm also EU 35/36 and I think I was given the L or M, if I remember correctly. My shoes were tea parties. I think tea parties are very forgiving because it's a flat heel, so your feet don't slide forward if it's too big, if that makes sense. If you're buying tea parties then you can just put in a good foam insole and it will be ok with some socks. For me the tea parties felt fine even without an insole, but I used one just in case during the show.

If you're buying something with high heels I'd suggest being more careful. I sell shoes at my part-time job and I always suggest a snug fit. High heels that are too big are really uncomfortable because of what I mentioned earlier, your feet slide down & forward.

I know that's a lot of vague information and doesn't tell you much about the fit, but I hope I helped somewhat
>>
>>9782666
This sounds like a personal issue then.
>>
>>9782666
The fuck? Do you think the same about news reporters too?
But I mean, if you care more about Tyler reporting on mundane lolita stuff and think it's annoying to speak out & take an active role in trying to make people aware of AM's bullshit, you do you.
>>
>>9782411
I've seen this happen in person, it's so shady.
>>
>>9782705
I once forgot to cut a tag off an item I was wearing and a girl at the meet assumed that I was going to sell it as NWT later on.
Sometimes these bitches jump to conclusions so easily.

No anon, that's a reasonable conclusion to arrive at.

I don't cut the tags off but I never sell something I've worn as NWT. I do write if the tags are still on and how many times I wore it in the description, though.

>>

nayrt but most AP tags are attached with a safety pin but i've bought some meta with tags that came looped in a button hole so it depends on the brand
>>
>>9782738
ETC's aren't but they're really easy to take off and imo it'd be uncomfortable to keep them on
>>
>>9782666
oh my gosh. why am I not surprised? you're chiming in against Tyler all the time, forcing this claim that she is making money or gaining attention from the pain of others.
she's not your dad, anon. she hasn't hurt anyone. please stop projecting your pained history all over this one girl and her YT comedy series. lolita is such a small subculture. this series is a labor of love for the western comm.

you complain and same so much that it's really working against you. almost sounds like you'd prefer the victims live in silence and John continue to be disgusting and disrespect people's bodies and spaces.
get help--then focus your attention and energy toward helping other survivors. If you can't see that Tyler is passionately against that predator then I don't know what to tell you. what do you expect her to do? go back in time and prevent John from sexually harassing minors? please ffs stop being dramatic.
I like her regular content, and the AM stuff is a deviation that is clearly a personal pursuit and fight. this shit isn't funny. what makes you think she's profiting? grow up.

>>9782755
Oh good so I’m not the only one who got the feeling that this was the same person posting over and over again.
>>
>>9782880
It seemed pretty obvious to me that it was one anons personal vendetta against Tyler. Her style of reporting can be kind of annoying at times (the motormouth thing irks me when I'm not in the mood and want her to get to the point), but she happily admits her flaws and actually has the balls to say what everyone is thinking and puts her face behind her words, instead of hiding behind secrets or trying to walk on eggshells and not hurt anyones fee fees. Her thoughts on lolita releases amuse me and I'm glad she talks about the real shit. Seems to me like this anon is mad Tyler is more efamous in the lolita community than they are. >>9782666

Hi, just to clear things up:
I've been dreaming about the pinkxpink for a while, and yes, I'm aware that there is one on LM right now, and no, I don't need the L (I would if it was longer but they're both the same length, IW why??). This choice was a matter of timing. Having the rerelease pop up just as I've become financially comfortable was a stroke of luck, since this way I can pick up the matching socks and support a beloved brand too.
>>
>>9782113
Sorry in advance for being dumb
So I got invoiced for over 500,000 yen when the socks+jsk should be around 360,000

Is the extra 150,000 all shipping?
>>
>>9784945
500,000 or 50,000?
Did they assume you got the blouse too?
