Man those aren't overpriced pleb traps. You have to find hip local joints that serve $12 burgers and $10 meme loaded fries and shit for true overpriced pleb traps. Or those hip taco joints where tacos start at like $4 with meme fusion ingredients.
>>

I recently saw a restaurant that had $15 burgers, and they didn't even come with fries. Fries were $3 more.

Pasta with sauce is literally ~10 bucks

there was this hip burger spot in a rich area and they were temporarily selling an all vegan meat like patty. Since it was there for promotion the price wasn't there. I got a double with some fries and the burger was a little over $20. I was a bit frustrated and felt cheated but I guess it was my fault too for not asking before I ordered.
>>
>>11445318
>Fuddruckers
I butchered at fudds for a bit and that place fresh ground there beef every day. and it had a burger bar for your toppings
it also bakes its buns fresh daily
and it had one pound burgers
I wish I could go again
but it's been closed around here for a long time
>>
>>11445366
Can you tell us more about working there?
>>
>>11445384
What exactly do you want to know?
It's pretty standard (this is my first cook job so I don't have much to compare it to) but we get a lot of people who come in and expect it to be some fine dining establishment when in reality it is pretty much Italian McDonalds... We actually have relatively little microwave food (like applebees or dennys).

When my aunt visited from another country, we ate here once. It was breddy gud. I had some fish and veggies dish. Top that with some soup, salad, breadsticks, iced tea, and I totally get why this place is still going strong.
>>
>>11445384
>>11445411
Oh and a fun fact a lot of people like to know: At least at my store, we have a dedicated person making the breadsticks at all times (at least during dinner)
>>11445417
I honestly don't know but it's not real
>>
>>11445418
those bread sticks and minestrone soup alone are enough to convince me to eat there.
>>
>muh breadsticks

Literally the worst bread in the game. It’s so obviously frozen. Only a basic white girl would think that is quality bread.
>>
>>11445445
Not frozen but packed with preservatives.. I don't have any pictures but the bread is stored on really tall racks in big plastic bags with ~30 breadsticks per bag. They last a few days before we get rid of them / sell them all. But yea the breadsticks are a massive meme and in my opinion kinda gross
>>
>>11445426
Change the soup to zuppa toscana, and your are spot on.
>>
>>11445318
Contrarian take Chick-fil-A is actually good dude no matter how many normies shill for it
>>
My family loves this place. I don't think it's that great, but it's not like it's terrible either. It's not any worse than other casual chains, and it's not really more expensive than them either.
>>
>>11445262
This 100% used to work at one and the whole "all natural food" saying is bullshit to get people to pay more, also because there's so much shit on the menu anything you get (especially salads) are gonna have some missing ingrediant and/or old almost expired shit. Soup comes in frozen bags, mac n cheese gets microwaved, pastries are all frozen, avoid at all costs
>>

What's up with their lemonaid by the way? I actually quite like it though.
>>
>>11445598
Sometimes people go out because they don't want to cook. I understand your point when you say that a place should be avoided since it's all preheated food, but even then there is varying levels of preheated food.
>>
>>11445598
the cost is about 15 bucks for a shitty dry turkey sandwich and a bag of pre-stale chips made by some faggot in a bullshit state like Vermont.
>>
>>11445318
Buffalo wild wings is cheaper than any other place that serves wings in my area, one of the places here charged 7$ for 8 wings. Fuck that
>>
For some reason (my hunch is the salad) I get the rapid shits about midway through my meal here. It is so overpriced, my last meal there was two little low quality chicken breasts with three pieces of undercooked zucchini $16
>>
>>11445735
"my last meal there"

your dinner there will be better than your lunch, you spin class latte faggot.
>>
>>11445735
Probably was the salad, if there isn't a dedicated salad person servers always just grab shit with their bare hands and what not.
>>
>>11445774

Cheesecake Factory. Literally Denny's tier food for more money. I used to work near one and fat tourists would literally stand in line around the corner to get in.
Never mind that we were downtown and there were dozens of other, better restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

yeah not sure how they made it on that list but when you make almost everything from scratch, you should succeed. when I worked there I wondered why there was only >20 guests for lunch. and I still wonder what happened, I had half off discount so maybe it was overpriced. also that was 15 years back. and times change
>>11447636
It's crazy how easily people are manipulated. I've never been to one, but I'd check out a local place faster than a cheesecakefactory and I love sweets
>>11446858
I will not get over the loss of smokey southwestern sauce from bw3. I hope they close the doors for good, maybe the price of wings will get closer to a buck a pound
>>
>>11447638
Unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. It's the dirt cheap thing to bait you in the door, but then they upsell you on drinks or an entree.
It's like when Walmart advertises a $10 toaster, but they put them all the way in the back corner of the store to increase the chances that you'll pick up more shit while you're wandering around looking for them.
