I'm poor in general but also want my vitamins and nutrients.

What should i eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Also give me a few snack ideas.

My food budget every month is around 30 to 40 dollars.

Eggs every day. Dirt cheap, versatile as fuck, easy to cook, and loaded with nearly all your aminos.
>>
>>9805506
And your food budget from that is 30 dollars a month, sure
>>
>>9805519
I also have a 9 year old laptop. I rarely spend.
>>
>>9805524
Trying to eat 90 meals plus snacks for 30 bucks is pretty extreme though
>>
>>9805517
Thanks. But i want just a little more variety.
>>
>>9805506
Just imagine if you werent a smelly NEET and had a job, you'd have even more money and wouldn't need to have such a tight food budget.

My bank account isn't fat according to /biz/ standards. I also like living a poor/minimal life style.

eggs, chicken (breast, thigh, wing, or rotisserie), rice, onions, bananas, garlic, carrots, celery, bacon. None of these things are expensive and you can do a lot with them.
>>
>>9805646
If you only have $30/month for food chicken and bacon are pretty expensive.

Uhh how is this even a question? Just take multivitamins idiot.

How did nobody say that already?
>>

chicken thighs are especially cheap, and breasts can be cut into quarters to reserve for extra meals. Bacon is 3.99 a pound for me so I'm a bit biased there. Thick center cut, nice and tasty. And I save the fat for substituting butter/oil.
>>
>>9805662
Five bucks for a whole chicken and you can make many meals from all its parts. Either cooked whole or parted out. Then make stock to use for the next week.
A small amount of bacon can add a lot of flovar to a meal. Use it for that and it can stretch a long time.
>>
>>9805456
Op here, i got it figured out. Fuck all you faggots anyway.
>>
>>9805684
Op here, yeah i might have chicken on the weekends probably
>>
>>9805456
Rice, beans and lentils. Use leftover money on seasonings and fat/ oils to cook with.
