It seemed easiest to just cut out the head, draw a line, and leave it looking like the head's curled downwards inside the pred's gut. The difficulty of using cut-out guts is that they often have one or two things obscuring them.

The skeleton on the left lined in green, from what I'm seeing looks extremely painful and unatural like she's spreading her legs in completely opposite directions. Still it's better than Medibang, which I've never heard of, and it's free so I'll suggest you use it too.
