I used want to look better so girls like me. That doesn't work because I'm autistic, so I'm seeking other ways to fix it.

My reasons for lifting: On one hand I have some lifting goals I want to achieve, namely 100kg ohp, 150kg bench, 200kg squat, 230kg deadlift, 120 snatch and 150kg clean and jerk, at around 75kg bw and 10% bf or below. On the other hand, I want to get bigger, especially around my shoulders, back, arms and chest, so I do some bodybuilding style training after my core training program.
