Red pill me on steel mace exercises /fit/. It seems to be fedora tier memerey of the highest order. Is there any actual benefit too it? It looks fun.

Anything that requires lifting something heavy will work your body. It's impractical for progressive overload but you could potentially do shit like farmer's carries if it's heavy enough, or isometric holds, and definitely some core shit. But if you're going to do something non-standard, get a sandbag. It's much more versatile and you won't end up accidentally killing yourself with it.

This Indian mace shit? It'll make you better at handling a mace I guess. Seems to be all about using the mace's momentum correctly rather than working muscles.
