hair loss and brittle nails may have multiple causes and taking biotin supplements may actually halt this process and even help to reverse it. prevention is better than cure, what do I have to lose spending £20 on biotin a year. might aswell cover the basis
I don't take pumpkin seed oil though because it decreases test

I believe it can work, I always drink teas with soothing properties(also put honey, since It's supposed to calm you too) and lately I've been really chill and sleepy so this thing should do something as well.

daily DIY soylent mix:

>fiber powder

People who don't feel good or don't build muscle well turn to sups quicker. It's just selective bias.

>>43127985
>my diet is solid
There are many people that are (mildly) allergic to a lot of staplefoods in western diets.
Autoimmume problems can manifest themselves very slowly over time, slowly fucking up your hormones, and making you chronically fatiqued, depressed, and without libido or muscle.
A solid diet would be one where you would be sure of each specific food that it doesn't have any negative effect on you whatsoever.
Only way to accomplish that is a long and tedious elimination diet.

Sleep is very important and you should really practice habits so you won't fuck it up.

At what did your T came back? The normal reference range is completely out of whack.
>>
>>43128036
>A solid diet would be one where you would be sure of each specific food that it doesn't have any negative effect on you whatsoever.

you're right
i've never tried an elimination diet

do you speak from experience? do you have any food allergies?

>At what did your T came back? The normal reference range is completely out of whack.
it wasn't low enough to be near the lower bounds of the standard reference range; i was surprised
i don't have the lab results on me to check, it was a year or two ago, and i was in worse shape (physically and mentally) so i have no reason to believe i'd be worse now
>>
>>43122745
I'm eating cotton balls for skin lightening
>>
>>43128083
>do you speak from experience? do you have any food allergies?
I have some autoimmume disease that causes my hypothyroidism, according to my endocrinologist.
I've been taking thyroid meds for a while, and they mostly just make me hot in the evening.
I do have more energy in the evening, but I'm still tired from 9am to 9pm.
I've recently also gone glute+dairy free.
I've been trying a lot of things and I've been learning and realising a lot of stuff too, so I'm not sure why I'm feeling better the last couple of days. Could be my thyroid meds finally working, could be the realisation a few days ago that my life might not be shit, or the gluten+dairy free thing.
This is an eye-opening video though: https://youtu.be/A6g_geYeL4U
Also, websearching autoimmume, depression, chronic fatique, and hypothyroidism should make it clear that they're inexplicably linked.

Testosterone should be atleast above midpoint in reference range, and preferably top quarter.

Please post how much zinc/mag you take, and an approximation of your weight. I've switched to another ZMA and I'm not sure if it's strong enough on zinc or magnesium; it's a lot lower than the last one I took.
>>
>>43133162
You need to educate yourself.
ZMA is a scam, taking them independently is not.
Zinc and amgnesium compete for the same receptor and are best taken at different times anyway plus its cheaper.
Buy some Zinc pecolonate and take 25mg in the morning and buy magnesium citrate and take it at night.
>>
>>43133251
>receptor
but it's not a protein? any source whatsoever on this claim? Because my understanding is that it's absorbed through osmosis, hence why magnesium can act as a laxative.
>>
>>43133294
>any source whatsoever on this claim?
the entire internet dude
>https://examine.com/supplements/zinc/

>Zinc’s intestinal uptake is hindered by other minerals, including calcium, magnesium, and iron, since they all use the same transporter. If the transporter’s uptake limit (800mg) is exceeding between these four minerals, absorption rates will fall. Taking less than 800mg of these four minerals at the same time is fine.
Even if you dont go over the limit, its still best to take zinc in the morning and Magnesium at night.
>>
>>43133251
What do you actually notice or feel when you take ZMA, or Zinc and Mag? I ordered a bottle of ZMA and it should arrive in the next day or so. I get its cheaper to buy them separate, but I just went with the easier option for a first trial.
>>
>>43133397
Well magnesium is soothing and relaxing so thats why its best before bed. I do notice that. Zinc helps with test.
>>
>>43124861
Thanks bro. I do it for around 6 days every so often, never constantly
>>
>>43133397
It's noticable. That guy is over the top. I still can't find anything supporting an 800 mg cutoff. The site he linked isn't properly sourced, and is funded by big supp companies. It can be good, but it can also be bad. 800 mg could be the start of diminishing returns for all we know. It's also not a weight-related dose, which makes no sense either.

Just take your ZMA and if it works, consider getting them separately. I would have, if it wasn't such a pain to figure out a reasonable dose.
>>
Within what range should I take creatine, guys? I used to take 6 capsules a day of 3g and got neat gains but also got disfigured by acne. Im a girl if if makes any difference

Even if this werent true, which it is, its still better to buy them individually because first off its far cheaper and its better to take zinc in the morning and magnesium at night.
>>
>>43133610
Money isn't a concern for people who aren't on autismbux, anon.

Most ninth graders understand the concept of claims being supported by references, but you do not. Making a claim without substantiating it with a reference to a study puts it on the level of Russell's teapot.

>>
>>43133645
>Money isn't a concern
Stop youre an idiot.
Saving money where its smart to do so is always a good idea so you can waste it later when need be. Only a moron wouldnt save money if he has the option to no matter how much money he has.
>Making a claim without substantiating it with a reference to a study puts it on the level of Russell's teapot.
Im not "making a claim", its hard science. The odis is on you to refute it since its already accepted as fact.
If I said the sun if going to rise tomorrow, would you autisticaly shout where youre references??? Hopefully not, point is its on you to refute it faggot. And for teh 3rd time, lets set both the uptake argument aside and money argument as well this time, its still better to take zinc in the morning and magnesium at night.
>>
>>43123742
Be careful with phenibut. Make a deal with yourself to not take it more than once per week and stick to it. It's a drug, not a supplement. Take 750 mg first time, DO NOT REDOSE. Next week take 1g and so on till you find your sweet spot. It's a great drug but pretty subtle. One of my favorites.

meditation seems like a pruning/exploratory mechanism (by the DNN) probably analogous to dreaming

i don't think classic meditation would be similar to it, but cognitive behaviour therapy would probably be similar to what Ritalin appears to do to your mind. Your pfc is related to all sorts of higher function, and at least appears to be the central relay station of your executive control/will power
