Hey guys. My stats:
>5'11" (179cm)
>162lbs (73kg)
>15%bf

I want to cut down to 10%. Every TDEE calculator is putting me at ~2600 calories, as I workout 4 times a week. So I'd cut at 2100. But this seems way too high. Should I be cutting at less? I want to make it to 10% in a month/ month and a half if possible

Is a cut at 1850 viable? That would be great news.

The difference is probably cause you put 5'10" and not 5'11". I usually just use cm cause it's more accurate in my case

so you’d have to go on an 1,080 cal deficit to make it in a month.

you could also do it in a 13 day fast
