I've been trying to lean down while maintain what muscle mass I have. Cardio has'nt killed off my gains, that and with a diet composed of just chicken, vegetables and Greek yogurt, I feel like I'm slowly getting the body I've been trying for.

Coming back after 6 years, here’s my pathetic DYEL body. Working on eating more and lifting heavier. Training legs since I never have.
Old bench max was 255lbs, did 5x5 of 150 yesterday, it was very easy so I’m going to add 5lbs each time (doing SL to work up my legs)
Squat: 100lbs @ 5x5 (never trained before lol)
Bench: 150 @ 5x5
OHP: 135 @ 5x5

Starting to get the body I always wanted. I have envy for you fit bros I was 270 and now I'm just shy of 200. I'm floating around 207 right now because I gain muscle but given I had like none it's adding up. I'm 19 6'1 and started losing weight this year and my goal is where I don't have tits which are close to being gone and stomach fat like I have now. Been looking into meal prep chicken rice or potatoes and stir fry some veggies and portion it properly. Would that be the next step. I guess I did the Auschwitz diet during my first term of college. I would barely eat most weeks and if I did it was a egg or two with a banana or some chicken. Did my best not to eat more than 1 meal or small snacks per day if I ate but I'm looking for a more long term and proper meal plan that I can get good muscle gains and get to a healthy slim tight weight I'm guessing 170 for me or more depending on muscle growth at that point

I dont get it, i do LPPx2 and quad wont grow, just harmstrings and glutes.
I do front squats after squats to hit quads better, but dont fix it.
Elevated heels hurt my knees.

Training for two years. First year was only cutting and really low weights, went from 220lbs to 160lbs.
Second year(still in it until September) started weight training and a bulk to 180lbs.

Currently 170lbs and cutting down to 160 to check out if I can maintain at a low bf.

Age : 20
Height : 5'8(Manlet of peace)
Genetic Region : Eastern Europe with one side of grandparents from Asia.

1RMs:

Deadlift : 315 lbs
Squat : 220 lbs (bad knees from being obese for nearly 10 years.)
Bench : 187 lbs.

Tips would be good. I have a lot of back fat still there and I have issues with winged scapulas.

Don't really have one. Usually Mon-Fri work out twice a day, mornings are light machine work/ bodyweight shit for an hour and a half three times a week, the other two days I swim
Evenings I lift heavy as fuck (singles, doubles, triples) on whatever I feel like, then work on piddly shit like abs, neck, arms, forearms, just whatever I feel like doing
Saturday/ Sunday I do strongman-type training: farmer's walks, tire flips, yoke walk, sandbag carry for a while until I get bored, then go light on whatever I feel like doing.
Every week is different, sometimes I work out 15 times a week, sometimes I only swim in the mornings and lift heavy in the afternoons, I have no program and go entirely by feel
