Apparently, when you've starved your body of nutrients for so long, and then begin treating it very well for a time, you can very quickly reach your "programmed" weight. I had this happen to me first hand but wasn't sure if it was just a fluke with the scale. This, coupled with newbie gains, makes me think this is maybe close to possible. Although, this person was anorexic, and someone with body issues is probably many times more likely to take steroids at such an early stage. When I was anorexic (probably), all I could think about was how great it'd be to be able to eat whatever I wanted and not care so much about food & my body and still look good.
