breakfast options: alternate between apple/banana/for fruit serving with no salt Ezekiel bread (1 slice) & 2 tsps of nut butter

fruit serving with oatmeal (1/4th cup) & flax seed.

Lunch/Dinner options: Quinoa w. beans with a meat serving, various green veggies or fruits with a meat serving. Sashimi with brown or purple rice is a great one too. I'm trying to go more vegan so I'm cutting back on my meat intake & replacing with more tofu & beans though.

Snacks/desserts: Chole's fruit pops, dulce de ajonjolĂ­, (Caribbean Spanish treat. Abuela's fav) organic dark chocolate in small servings, once in a few months I'll have vegan ice cream

I don't think there's any milk mixed in. If you're going to go to the trouble of mixing milk in you're going to get a smooth and homogeneous mixture. You're going to whip it good.
This is just a lazy scramble. Dude put the eggs in a bowl or even directly in the pan and just mixed them around lightly with a fork. That's why you see streaks of yellow and white. Because it wasn't mixed thoroughly.

If the white looks a little runny it's probably because as with most scrambled eggs depending on taste preference you might want it to be a little bit undercooked as opposed to incredibly firm and dry. That's not milk. It's just egg white not fully cooked. That's normal.

Lol that other poster is gay don't listen to him. Ground meat has it's own fat so I don't add any. In fact I remove some and put it in the pasta pot so they don't become a sticky mess (I don't throw anything away).
Then I add some crushed tomatoes, shitload of salt, some pepper, a lot of paprika and a bit of curry. Easily edible.

Ate a whole pizza last night. Woke up this morning, fapped twice before getting out of bed, only to walk to the freezer to eat a whole pint of Ben and Jerry's fudge brownie before fapping two more times and passing back out for the rest of the day.

It's been a bad week, and today was a depression induced hangover. It was short term pleasure and now I regret that the day is wasted. I wish I had gone to class, gone to the gym and gotten a sick leg pump, and caught up on coursework that I'm already behind on.
