I want to buy 16 gigs of RAM for a new system. The price for memory seems to have drastically increased since I was last messing with PC stuff so I was wondering if anyone could provide some recommendations on what is the best option for under $150.

Can I get 16gb of DDR4 for under $150?
Brand recommendations?
Main purpose of the system is both university work and gaming.

You're a couple months too late for your gaymen upgrade, faggit.
You pretty much pay twice as much or more for ram now and this won't get less any time soon.
