Yeah except I can’t stand vegetables by themselves unless they’re cooked into something flavorful or roasted with olive oil. If I filled up on vegetables, as in, shit I hate, I’d end up binging on junk later. This has happened to me every time I’ve been on a strict diet that required tons of plain veggies. As for angering easily when drunk it all depends. Sometimes I'm like that, sometimes not.
Last night I ended up not really having dinner, just an extremely small portion of tortellini with 1.5 liters of cheap pilsner, then 2 shots of herbal schnapps, then the gf and I went over to our friends to make cookies and drink Glühwein, of which I had two mugs. I was falling asleep on their couch lol (I did get up at 7AM) around 11PM and I barely remember walking home. No idea how many cookies I had. Hopefully I didn't pig out.

Lots of water, diet soda, tea, black coffee, weed, etc. in between meals and going to bed early. It's not fun but not so difficult because even a fatty is capable of doing it for an extended period of time.

no, not fit, just another eating disorder, the "meals" i described there total out to like 600 calories. i have to be careful because if i eat more than a thousand calories or i can't work off what i've eaten to be less than a thousand and i'm by myself i'll purge. recently had to reset the counter :c

it's actually easier to starve yourself when you have a higher amount of fat, be careful, i'd really suggest getting into cardio (along with upping your calorie count a bit) when you can to help you avoid totally decimating your metabolism

I didn't realize how easy it was to fast all day problem is as soon as I get out of bed or my computer chair and move around even a bit I start to get hungry.
