Holy shit. 4.5s in a proper luxury car. Looks like hiring that BMW guy is really paying off.
>>
>RWD + manual + 3.3T as an option
It was almost perfect. Might still get one though if the 2.0 is nice enough without being boring.
>>
>actually caring about 0-60 times
How new are you?
>>
>>19277485
AWD + ottermagic does wonders for 0-60
>>
LMAO a DIESEL BMW does 4.6s
>>
New Gencoupe when? I consider 365HP to be pretty much the ideal power for a daily driver, especially in a coupe that is a few hundred pounds less. Plenty fast without being unusable on the street.
>>
I dont like that fender vent. Looks like pep boys shit
>>
>>19277517
It looks like a straight up BMW copy
>>
Also get rid of the mirror turn signals. Just put a bulb in the fender that way mirrors can be dimming and defrost
>>
>>19277522
Looks like a audi lexus to me
>>
>>19277532
Why not both? Even a Ford Focus has blinking heated mirrors
>>
Unironically probably a better purchase than the new supra
>>
>>19277546
Fender singal housing looks more elegant. Mirror turns are cheesy. Mirrors need to be as cheap as possible and easily replaceable imo
>>
>>19277563
>Mirrors need to be as cheap as possible and easily replaceable
Not on a luxury car they don't
>>
>>19277506
They're probably hacking away at it knowing that it will have to compete with the new Supra and the 2029 370z replacement
>>
>>19277601
Just because its a luxury car doesnt mean everything should be expensive otherwise lexus wouldve never been successful
>>
>be german
>make everything imaginable a expensive option

>be asian
>throw in shit germans nickel and dime you for
>>
>>19277616
>compete with the 2019 supra
kia was capable of doing that twenty years ago
>>
>>19277461
Kinda looks like a shitty M4, but slower and without the features status or panty dropping appeal of BMW.
>>
>>19279355
That's the beauty of it. It's like an M4 for 340 money.
>>
>>19277461
looks nice, like a bmw 4 series grancoupe.
but i’d rather buy the real bmw for this kind of money
>>
>>19279786
Except this blows any equivalently priced BMW out of the water. You could have a fully loaded G70 or a bare bones bottom of the barrel 3 series
>>
>>19279795
I’d be willing to pay $10k extra for the real thing over the chinese knockoff
>>
>>19279800
>$10k
Try 17~20
>>
>>19279803
eh the 6cyls start at $52k and $57k.
340i with M sport package starts at $49k, $50400 total with red stitched leather, BMW is pretty good value overall.
>>
>>19279814
Sure, if you don't mind being slower and less equipped than the G70
>>
>>19279355
>panty dropping appeal of BMW
nice try elliot
>>
>>19279832
340i does 0-60 in about 4.2 and in 4.0 with a 1 foot rollout.
Plus the chassis, gearbox and suspension is better etc.
The standard 340i already has most options you need but you can easily option it out for under $55k
>>
>>19279845
nvm actually it does 0-60 in 4.1s with a 1 foot rollout. Still quicker than the hyundai
>>
>>19279814
You really don't wanna buy a sport M package on a BMW unless you really want to track it. The oil is way too thick for daily use which means if you really want to wring it out you can't because you'll never hit temperature
>>
>>19277499
Yeah so? Diesels are fast.
>>
>>19279846
Also costs more and comes with fuck all for options. Seriously a $50k 3 series had less stuff than my $25k Mazda3, and it was slower too because it was still somehow the 4 banger that only topped out at like 180bhp
Where the fuck did all that money go? Well it beats the fuck out of me
>>
>>19279845
>>19279846
Nice try but it's 4.4s with xDrive which starts at 50k
>>
>>19279863
>M Appearance package
>>
>>19279863
I just built a fully optioned 340i with M sport package, heated steering, heated front and rear seats, red stitched leather, premium package, wireless charging, wifi hotspot, apple auto, sunshades, professional navigation and every other possible useless option etc for $54.900
The build code is dnkuv4ic
you can check it yourself.
>>
>>19279888
More like $60k out the door, still gonna be way more expensive than a similarly optioned G70
Cunts don't even offer Android Auto
>>
>>19279888
>RWD
hahaha that won't do 0-60 anywhere near 4.5s
>>
>>19279907
Lmao I looked it up myself, a G70 level 3 series is $60k
>>
>>19279915
Except a $55k 3 series is better equipped than a $55k G70 lmao. Try again.
>>
>>19279936
The G80 already sits well above BMW in its class, the G70 won't be any different
>>
>>19279936
I know it can be hard to accept the fact that Hyundai is better at making luxury cars than BMW but if it's any consolation, they had to hire former BMW and Audi executives to do it.
>>
>>19279955
>better
According to Hyundai marketing department?
Just like the Kia Stinger was named “better than a Panamera” in a Kia advert?
Jesus.
>>
>>19279960
Better according to literally every single review comparing the 2 brands
>>
>>19279936
Imagine being this delusional...
>>
>>19280131
Nah I just know how to read spec sheets and factual data.
Hyundai/Kia fags are delusional for paying BMW money for a BMW knockoff.
>>
>>19280166
You might want to go back to grade school, Elliot
>>
So let me get this straight: gook shills consider $55k for a fully loaded 3 series “overpriced” but $57k for a 3 series knockoff with no options “good value for money”? LMFAO
>>
>>19280233
Except a fully loaded 3 series is 60k and the 57k Hyundai comes with a better interior and more features

>range-topping
>V6
>>
>>19280263
What, the entry level model is supposed to come with a V8? 3 series, C class, ATS, A3/A4 etc none of these have more than 6 cylinders
>>
>>19280255
But of course, a Hyundai with no options has more features than a fully loaded bmw, we believe you.
>>
>>19280597
It's true in the Stinger, G80 and G90, I wouldn't expect the G70 to be an outlier. They come standard with more stuff and the packages are much more competent, so you don't need to "option it out". You just get a good car out of the box.
>>
>>19280630
What features does a base stinger have that a fully loaded 3 series doesn’t?
>>
>>19280882
All the stuff you have to add on when building a BMW
>>
>>19280914
Nice evasive answer
>>
>>19280914
That’s cool but a fully loaded 340i Msport costs less than a no option awd G70
>>
>>19280944
Sorry but I'm not going to compile a list of literally every single feature on both cars. If you care so much then you can look it up.

>>19280950
A fully loaded 340i is 61k and a base G70 3.3T is 52kb so you'll have to explain to me how you think 61 is less than 52
>>
>>19280166
You are a badge whore
>>
>>19277461
>Hyundai
>>
>>19281050
Badge whore for wanting the superior product for less money? Lmfao sure deluded hyundai fag.
>>
>>19280975
A base G70 3.3T AWD is 57k
A340i AWD M Sport is 50k
>>
>>19281105
How is a slower rwd car with a lower quality interior and fewer features "superior"?
>>
>>19281112
Nope, the base G70 is 52k, and you said a fully loaded 340i earlier, and that's 60k
>>
>Gook Kpop garbage
>Luxury
>>
>>19281125
A fully loaded RWD 340i is $2k cheaper than a G70 3.3T AWD with no options.
I imagine a loaded G70 AWD will be way over $60k.
>>19281113
Better handling, better chassis, better suspension, better steering, better brakes, better gearbox, better engine etc.
Can't speak for the G70s interior quality yet, must wait for the Carwow wobble test.
>>
>>19281139
Quit back pedaling. You said "fully loaded" 340i. A RWD 340i isn't "fully loaded". A fully loaded 340i is 61k. That's more than the G70.
>>
>>19281173
Still cheaper than a fully loaded G70.
>>
>>19281190
You didn't say fully loaded, you specifically said "no option". Also you don't have any idea what a fully loaded G70 costs.
>>
>>19281216
It will have at least $5k+ options just like the $5k Premium package and $10k Ultimate package on the G80
A no option G70 is also more expensive than a base 340i and more expensive than a 340i xDrive M Sport
>>
>genesis
>proper luxury
>>
>>19281236
Still backpedaling. You were the one who made the fully loaded vs no option comparison. Man up to it and just admit you were wrong. This childish shit is annoying.
>>
>buying cars because of their 0-60 time
Ask me how I know you're American.
