My grandma is moving, and she isn't going to keep her N/A Miata (Maybe like a 95-6). It's been sitting in a field probably since 2007. I know Ill never be able to daily it. I know this is asking for a lot, but can anyone give me a rough estimate on how much it would take to make it road-worthy again.

Well...good thing is this cars motor is pretty decent as long as it wasn't overheated. Transmission was okay.
Look for Rocker rust in front the rear wheels by the pinch welds. Check the top. Make sure the AC works.

Bring fresh gas and GL

Probably for about the same price as you could buy one. Why was it parked in the first place?

Well, My Granda Ma moved to California in 07, and my Aunt ended up living at her house. She already had a nice car so she didn't really use it. I don't know why she couldn't have just kept it in a garage but I don't know

Depends on how fucked the interior is, fucking furry critters get everywhere, and the soft tops always let in a little water. You can probably get it running for under $500, if the interior's fucked it might take a bit more to make it drivable

To just get it running: fresh gas after bleeding the system, fuel filter, jumpstart, glass cleaner for the windshield, maybe tires. $50 tops
To make it safe & running it's gonna need new tires, exhaust, brake service, battery, suspension bushings, fluids all around. $1600
Extra items may be a new fuel tank/lines & pump, brake booster soft top, ebrake. $1200
Other items are going to be a radiator, hoses & wiring if animals got into it. $unknown
So yeah it's gonna be a 3k car once you get it fixed.

Buy a recently-running Miata with a blown motor and swap Nana's in. Part out the rest and/or keep some spares.

My miata was sitting for a similar amount of time when i got it. Granted it was stored in a garage, but all i did to get it going beyond basic maintenance items was replace the fuel filter, injectors, and timing belt. It also needed tires but i didnt replace them right away. Been running strong for ten years since.

pour fresh petrol, jump start it from your car, see what happens. it should work, just make sure you don't have rat nest in your intake or something. anything that happens later depends on problems you will or will not encounter. if it'll run, change tyres asap unless you enjoy being alive. flipping a miata without rollbar is just as effective as guillotine
>>
Pray to God that mice didn’t make a nest in the wiring harness. If this is for real have fun OP
