So you like cars huh? I bet you can't tell me what this car is using only the little bit I've provided.

jellybean ford taurus

That was pretty fast

That was my first guess without even looking at your post. That shit's iconic.
>>
>>19976473
Yeah same, it's my car.
>>
>>19976477
Look at the refreshed, non jellybean Taurus. It's literally the dame car with new front and rear ends. I think they squared the rear window too.
Source: I had an 02 Taurus, that beast would PULL.
>>
>>19976484
Mine isn't that fast at all :/

Yeah, the jellybean was weirdly floaty and slow. Dunno what they changed.

So they just rummaged around the parts bin, eh. Gotta love late 90's early 00's Ford.
>>
>>19976484
Uh no. That does NOT check out.

I had an 02, with the Vulcan V6. It was adequate at best.

I know some had the 200 hp duratec but I also had one of those in a 2003 tribute and it was better but it was far from what you are describing.

Mine must have been different or something.
Oh wait... I upgraded from a Mitsubishi Mirage. No wonder it felt like a beast. My bad.

If you owned a 3rd or 4th gen Taurus you would recognize OP's pic in a heartbeat. Ford sold a fuckton of those cars.
>>
>>19976536
I've never even seen that car, it wasn't even sold out of USA I think
>>
>>19976582
Mexico and Canada and imported to shithole countries worldwide after they were used and abused. Ford made and sold a metric fuckton of these cars. Funnily enough, they don't generally die.
>>
>>19976588
as long as you don't snap the pawl off lmao. Remember kids, parking brake on, then shift to park.
>>
>>19976593
I found out that the radiator reservoir tank was shit and caused the car to overheat. The seam leaked and had to be replaced. After I changed it, the car did not overheat.
>>
>>19976596
holy shit I have the same issue. my pressurized coolant tank is leaking at the seam

goddamnit Ferd
>>
>>19976597
Yeah, who thought a pressurized tank needed a fucking seam? I bet they worked at Takata.
>>
>>19976588
Trans go and at 150k if driven in the city. If it was all highway miles then they go until they rust out around 200k-270k if driven on salted roads. If highways miles and no rust then they go until they are sold off for scrap once the suicidely depressed owner kills themselves after driving a 4th gen Taurus for 20+ years.
>>
>>19976665
Weren't they Mazda transmissions?

You want parts bin, buy a Panther body. Holy fuck.

I can't decide if I like Fairmonts or LTD's more. LTD's have that Grand National edgelord look going on with the angled front and rear but Fairmonts are too innocent not to be loved

Chev Cobalt. The god awful yellow gives it away.
>>
>>19978836
Nope, >>19976885 got it. It's a Dart. I thought cobalt too but the one with the round tail lights that go right under where the picture cuts off is the coupe, the sedan tail lights go up to the top of the trunk line.

Yeah it's my dart. I actually love my dart, but that might also be attributed to how it's the nicest thing I've owned. It does have all the things you'd want in a fiat (dodge) with the multiair turbo and manuel
>>
>>19976465
The Irony is if you chose the 1st gen Taurus it would have been a been more difficult.
>>
>>19978928
Nah, it had that Tempo soft rectangular shape that's pretty easy to identify.
