I think I've come up with a compromise where people on both the gun rights and the gun control sides can feel like they're getting a win. What do yall think about this,

>Regulate: bump stocks, crank and binary triggers, magazines of over 30 rounds
>Deregulate: Suppressors, SBRs

Would that be a fair compromise? Note I said regulate, so they would still be available but just harder to get. Also, things already owned will be grandfathered in.

That would be good, but they don't want compromise so there lies the problem. They want an outright ban and they use "compromise" to slowly chip away at our rights. They would never go for something like this, because they think suppressors make guns completely silent and if SBRs were legal kids would be bringing them to school in their backpacks.
>>
>>144387490
>bump stocks, crank and binary triggers
No, people have been bump firing rifles from their shoulder for decades and can achieve similar fire rate and accuracy to those options. All allowing those to be regulated would accomplish is admitting that semi autos in general also need to be regulated.

What's worse is that with the inevitable copycat shootings, the anti gun side is likely going to have a quite a few examples of shootings where the shooter having semi auto guns vs manual would actually make a large difference in the near future, while previously they had basically none. If we let them take bump stocks now, they're going to be coming back for all semi autos soon after and they'll have actual evidence to push their shit rather than ridiculous claims.

Here's my suggestion for a compromise: Feinstein can shove a pineapple up her cunt.

Any bump stock regulation will be so poorly written that any poor bastard who gets a trigger job on a 1911 will run the risk of getting jacked up by the ATF. Hey, good thinking!

This is such a great concept, we should in fact start expecting it promptly!

So, we could assume that the first thing they'll clamp down on is bump stocks and such for AR-15s, AKs and so on. Maybe ones for P90s won't be far behind. So, special triggers for pistol caliber arms should be great to stock up on. Then, after the legality-swap comes in, sell new SBRs that would go with the now banned fire rate enhancers and then there can be great spread of short barrel auto firing chuncks of joy!

>then they added a roster of "safe" handguns

Thing to do is, find every LE agency in Cali that issues non-roster guns and file a workplace safety complaint with Cal-OSHA. Since the stated point of the roster is to ensure that Californians have safe guns, the Dems will have to engage in some spirited and highly embarrassing justification. Then, just to get the cops pissed at the Dems, you invoke one of the mega-turds Moonbeam signed into law last year; once per year, every LE agency in the state is required to destroy (and certify said destruction) every firearm that was turned in, bought, confiscated, or otherwise acquired by each agency. The way it's written, they have to destroy their issue guns every year.

Badly written laws alway come with unintended consequences.

Fact is most people don't have those obscure guns. 30 rounds is standard for ARs and AKs, which are by far the most common "assault weapons". Therefore, to ban 30 round magazines would likely never swing for most gun owners. Everyone else can just suck it up and buy smaller mags.

Also, 32 rounds is not the standard for 9mm ARs. It might be what most people use, but the 21 round Glock mags work just fine for me.
>>
>>144387595
But that's wrong. 32 and 33 Round glock mags have always been the standard.

I know, I just want to make them come out and justify their bullshit roster. Cal-OSHA can challenge the LE exemption on the grounds that it's a workplace safety violation. If we can get a ruling that the roster applies only in the workplace, we've effectively gutted it. The LE exemption won't stand because OSHA (the act) is both Federal law and passed several decades prior to the roster. Cal-OSHA derives its authority from OSHA.

So this refutes the "irrational" part, but not that white people fear black people

Look, I'm a democrat, but I hate black people. Trust me, on my side I really wish there was more acceptance of how shitty a lot of groups in this nation are. I'm a firm believer in "shape up or ship off", and am tired of this "Well you brought us here" bullshit. We kidnapped you niggers? Who the fuck gets kidnapped, and when they're told they're free to go, says "No, fuck you, we're staying"? Shit ain't logical, and thus far has provided nothing but a massive block upon which this nation has repeatedly stumbled.

Liberals are broken people who will never be happy. Stop worrying about how they feel.

Anyone attempting to regulate guns/ammunition is a treasonous entity deserving of nothing more than to be hanged.
