I'm not sure they'd try to rig it. If I understand the process correctly, the individual polling stations send their data over and it's all public. They'd have to have a large operation spread throughout the state to not be obvious. It'd be a big risk to do that, since if one person gets caught he'd blow the whole thing open. It would be Trump's wet dream and get the Republicans a huge advantage in 2018. If I'm wrong about how the process works, I would be interested in knowing how.
