Why does the premier wrestling promotion in Japan not work with the premier wrestling promotion in America, instead opting to work with the secondary company?
Vince didn't want to and by the time Triple H took over they've already had a stable deal with AEW. AEW even dumped their AAA deal for a CMLL one just to appease NJPW.
NJPW get bullied by AEW, realistically they'd get bullied even harder by WWE.
