He was a secondary star during the biggest era of wrestling. You gotta give him credit for that. He had a good look, a good gimmick and charisma. He wasn't a bad promo either.

The Barber wasn't a totally forgettable character, he was the closest to winning the IC title from Honky at WM4 and got screwed over by the DQ rule and I think he was the first to call Sensational Sherri SCARY SHERRI
