Is that why they are so bad at logical thinking (math and science) and hand eyed coordination (gaming fps and sports)
>>
>>43185534
Is it 3?

I lost a lot of IQ points from severe neet isolation and depression and shit. I'm afraid to take a fresh proper test.

It's 4 brainlets
>>
Nr 4 Figure should be on the right, since the yellow square on top on the three green squares repeats.
>>
i have worse spatial intelligence than a woman. i dont even know whats going on in the picture other than they all have the same colors on them
>>
>>43185662
>>43185672
No? Look at it. The pattern flips once. If it was 4 then it would be the same as the top, which would be the same as the front.

The true brainlet here is me for thinking you were serious.
>>
I don't have the context of the rest of the test, which would be helpful.
I still think its 3. The yellow tile touches the green triangle in the original 2 and that seems to be a pattern.
>>
Am I supposed to just infer that they want to me complete the pattern? Kind of stupid how they don't explicitly state what problem I'm trying to solve.
>>
>>43185534
There's literally no way to solve this

>>
>>43185534
Tests of this kind are really fucking stupid, pisses me off every time I see them.
Answer #2 has the wrong colours, but the remaining three are just rotations of each other.
The author didn't give any information on what the pattern should be according to them, so there is no single answer to this question; or rather, regardless of your choice, the author can say that it's wrong because he chose his answer according to some completely arbitrary pattern that he didn't bother to reveal as part of the question.

These tests prove nothing about IQ, spatial intelligence, or logical thinking.
They are just shitposts existing to let the poster feel superior because someone got it """wrong""" and/or to bait people into arguing over their answers.
>>
>>43185534
Pretty sure it's 3, look at where the green corner is pointing in the other two sides
>>
I think it's 3
>>

Probably this. Orinigal. Also saged.
>>
>>43186030
>he cant identify the pattern
>>
>>43186030
This, are the blue lines to be conjoined at the corner or not? Is it mirrored or spiraled? There is no way to tell.
>>
>>43186030
You're supposed to compare the information you have with the options presented. The top is a rotation of the front. So the side should be another rotation.
>>
>>43185534
I can't decide between 1 or 4. I'm pretty sure it's 4 though. Someone give me the fucking answer please I'm frustrated
>>
There is not enough information to infer the pattern. You could make justifications for several of the answers.

Then give a justification. It is either 1 or 4, there are justifications for reach. The two points of reference are not enough to decide between those two.
>>
>>43186244
I did fall for it. I'm still falling for it.
>>
The answer is 3 I am suspecting. Lift, place, and rotate 90 degrees. However one can not be sure since you are inferring from a single point of reference the pattern holds.

You can't definitely know, like >>43186030 said there are justifications for more than one. If he wanted to, the creator could just say the answer was whichever one you didn't pick and he'd be able to justify it.

>>43185585
It's any of them.

answer is 1, the pattern is a rotation 90 degrees. This is true for both the front and right sides while for 3 and 4 it is not. Answer 2 just has the wrong colors.

This cube doesn't make sense, because you have a corner piece that is twice blue, thus the cube is unsolvable regardless of which pattern you pick.

You can thank me later.

I'm of the opinion that theres insufiicient information. Need to see more sides.
However, 3 makes most sense.
>>
>>43187307
>>43187170
So in conclusion, 3 is the only possible correct answer because it completes the '0, 90, 180' rotation pattern, while the color pattern makes it impossible to solve the whole cube so that part is irrelevant.
>>
>>43185534
It's 3 you fucking brainlets. Top left needs to be blue and bottom left needs to not be yellow because blue touches with blue and yellow touches with green
>>
>>43186446
the red corner one - number two - is wrong anon.
and the 1 answer is the right one.
>>
>>43187731
I didnt know its about rotation, How did you know ? And Why ?
>>
>>43185534
>>43185585
>>43185604
Number 1

From the front view, you can see the patterns have changed positions into exact opposites. So in your mind picture that the front view is the empty space. Where will the opposites end up now? easy shit
>>
>>43186030
The answer is 3, you moron. The blue needs to touch and the green doesn't need to.
>>
>>43187863
top plane is the front plane rotated 90 degrees, solution 3 is the front plane rotated 180 degrees.

>
Excuse me faggots, it's 3. I missed the yellow tiles in my previous post

you can now sleep calm
>>
>>43187731
I disagree. If you take a look at the color patterns closer, number 1 makes more sense.
>>
>>43187913
Wrong, if you pick 1 the green touches on the corner with the upper side, but the greens don't touch in the original pattern.
>>
>>43186030
fite me bitch niqqa
>>
>>43187961
I understiid that, but why its this way, why the right plane has to be the 180 rotation of the top plane ? :)
>>
>>43188022
with number 1, two of the resulting edges have symmetrical colors but the front-top edge does not. with number 3, all of the edges have the same color pattern (blue & blue, green & yellow, blue & red, red & green, and yellow & green).
>>
>>43187913
>>43187827
theres literally a gif in the thread that shows why 3 works. Wheres your evidence for 1
>>
>>43187961
3 is the front plane rotated 90 degrees bro
>>
I'd say the third one is the correct choice.
>>
Yeah your answers have been cool and all but I dare one of you to tell me how every side of the cube would look like, faggots.

what blows my mind is that you get the same result if you rotate by 90 degrees as if you had flipped/mirrored horizontally. before i read the replies i thought you were supposed to mirror, not rotate, but it literally doesn't matter.

The yellow square touches a green square on another face, the red touches a green and a blue, the green touches a yellow and a red, and the blue touches a blue. Only 3 satisfies all three of these.
>>
>>43188370
using solution 3, from the exact opposite view the cube would look exactly the same, but from any other view the colors would be mismatched.
so, you'll have two 'blue, blue, blue' corners, and 6 'blue, green, yellow' corners.
no way to 'match' the cube from all views using the presented patterns.
>>43188520
just turn your screen on its side.

Yeah, heres the mirror solution, mirroring along the axis of movement.
Still comes out as 3

And even if you slide from the front to the side - mirror along the axis of movement direction, you STILL get 3
>>
>>43185841
This. I figured the green triangle and yellow tile should always touch, and only 3 does this.

>>43185534
there's no way to know for sure, you've only seen the reflection happen from one side. you could trace it around that whole axis of the cube but without knowledge on an explicit rule for the two remaining faces, it's impossible to find a definite rule to use. the only way to solve is to infer.

if you infer a rule, i would infer that the pattern is 3 based on a third counterclockwise rotation of the top
>>

>>
>>43190432
Why are you matching colors.
top and front edge dont match colors
>>
>>43190432
The cube needs to have exactly the same layout no matter which face you look at. Green doesn't touch green anywhere between the given faces, therefore it can't on the blank side either.
>>
>>43190531
blue touches blue, and will touch blue diagonally on the side we can't see
>>
>>43190432
look at how the top and front match together, it's not matched together like a regular rubik's cube, so that's not the pattern
