Been there before. First year of the job I just kept to myself then one day I noticed no one liked me. Forced myself to speak to everyone there and after a few months I was on good terms with everyone, even had some "friends" and entered the top social group there. I hate socialising though, I only did it to make work smoother.

Guess what i'm saying is, you're gunna have to keep trying. Eventually they will respond.

This is why I never fucking great people anymore unless they greet me first. It's too awkward when I just say "good morning! How are you? :)" and they just pass by like I don't exist.

But you're expected to greet older workers or they think you don't respect them and you get fired.
