Yeah, of course it does. Lipo takes fat cells out of unwanted areas. So if I get lipo to say upper arms, waist/sides, inner thighs, upper back, then any weight gain in the future will be slightly more flattering. (Of course it will still be managed.)

Yes, I work out, though maybe not as much as I should. I eat a vegan, mostly gluten free, high fiber, high produce diet.

I've tried out other colors, but I like being blonde. Men like it more. If I were with a specific guy and he wanted me to change it, I would, especially if he paid. I look forward to when I can afford to go to a salon, because they can do better looks.

Temporarily. Interviewing for a better role with much better pay. I just graduated so I've been hoping my usual side hustle hours to cover things while I try to secure a career in my field.

I wear a lot of high waisted skirts and tight shirts or I go the other way around and do tight jeans with a flowy shirt the key is people see my waist and that I'm not a circle. Hard to say without knowing you better, but I suggest addressing your mental health. If you have trauma, work on it either with a therapist or with therapeutic techniques you find online that work well. I would say avoid leaning too much on psychiatric drugs.
Also I think you should probably ignore the anti-school propaganda and go back. This helps with mating and will probably continue to matter in the job market. You can try to find budget-friendly ways to do it. Idk if you can just return to the school you left or if your credits have expired.

You can research or contact your old school. Even if they don't take you back, you can go through your local community college and potentially transfer credits. They usually have career advisors that can help you more than I can.

Idk where your family's at or how you support yourself right now. Are you living with them? NEETbux?

The college part isn't for the education as much as it is for proving yourself on the dating and employment market. If you play your cards right, you can get a real education too, using the resources on campus. A lot of it will be outside of class though. Also you may be able to get dating experience.

Oftentimes CBT isn't done well, especially at those free clinics.

I recommend narrative therapy the most personally. I advise using this method:
1. Open a Google doc
2. Write your life story as you see it
3. Keep exiting over the course of a while (gdoc lets you add things wherever)
4. Get everything out that's relevant to you
5. Reflect on it
6. Think for a while about how to make meaning from it and find a life purpose. You can use ai to help you
7. Write an ending that reframes how to see things and what steps you will take to pursue your goals moving forward

Also this is a side note, but I recommend doing cheap anti-aging treatments, having good posture, using sunscreen, etc.. Depending on your resume, this may matter even more. If you're starting from scratch, the agepill can affect you in both employment and in dating. If you want to look like you're the same age as other students/grads, try to look passable.

Otherwise there's not a ton of generic advice I have before you try those things. These can get you off to a good start.
