There's a reason boomers can't understand people having sleep issues and that's because they grew up without screen stimulation. Gen X and millennials had that shit in PC's that were typically not placed directly in their bedrooms, and only adopted shitphones later in life when their sleep/wake cycle was already well established. But zoomers grew up with the things in their hands at night.

Bruh my little brother confessed to my mom who tattled to me that him and his live in gf weren't even cuddling in bed. She required a pillow in the middle. Makes me feel really bad for him. I lowkey had a similar experience I dated a guy that was "sub" but never wanted to cuddle or be close to me. I think he was using me as a placeholder gf. Apparently my brother and his ex would never share meals just eat separately. I dislike him he once looked up eating dogs and killing dogs for jumping on him but he didn't deserve that.
