I follow pivix artists and there's this thing called 'anitwitter' it's like anime but on twitter. Also there are cute asians who cosplay as anime characters and they like to post their pictures to get followers. Retweet all of that and make zero actual tweets and boom you have a twitter page that looks like mine.
