I'll be surprise that one is still alive. You want the one from the OP, the difference is huge in quality as well in quantity (178GB vs 501GB).

So yes, get the one from the OP.
>>
Someone add these trackers to OPs torrent

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ngosang/trackerslist/master/trackers_best.txt
>>
>>874542
You sure works with i2p?
>>
>>874540
cant download the OP one, but the one you replied to is still alive, downloading part of it now. Would be cool if the original one would not be encripted or whatnot
>>
>>874544
>still running
Well that is a surprise. Installing i2p is not hard and is worth it. There is even an installer for Windows that is more easier than the instructions in the OP's link.
>>
>>874545
I dont fancy doing/installing programs im not familiar with, so ill stick to the 170gb one until a standard version of the big one appears without i2p.
>>
>>874546
Ok but is i2p. Is the better Tor and is just a java program.

Is better than showing what you download to your ISP.
>>
that torrent seems dead with i2psnark, can't get any peers from it.
also, may I know the source from where you made this torrent (where you got the data) and wether you can post it on regular bittorrent trackers for the rest of us, I'd be happy to seed it...
>>
tracker.postman.i2p, torrent not registered with this tracker is the error >>874549
>>
>>874540
Had it not been still alive I wouldn't have posted it. There are 3-4 seeds seeding it. Plus just because it's of bigger size it doesn't mean it actually is better. There may be many duplicates or some things bloating it.
>>
>>874551
like the worldtracker.org library which is also 500gb big and 130gb of that is just gunsmithing videos instead of books. Bigger is not always better
>>

whats wrong with zips? they take less space, other than that what is the problem with them?
>>
>>874872
Hides the actual content, content unavailable if you have the misfortune of not being seeded the last bytes of it (for old torrents typically), if you want to keep seeding you have to keep the zip, which means with its content unzipped it takes a lot more space than it needs to ... It's just not worth it.
>>
>>874788
thanks friend
>>
>zip
Really? Then make a content list available. I'm not going to download a torrent from this size without knowing what's inside.
>>
Also, for the folks screeching about muh zips (I'M NOT NOP), it's more than acceptable. It's easier on your disk I/O when you want to move it or access it and easier to upload to cloud than 6 million small files.
>>
The ZIP was necessary because it had too many files and I2P wouldn't accept it otherwise.

You don't see the problem with them? fuck you are stupid. Use a filesystem with compression on fucktard. Even normie oses have it. a torrent full of zips means that if I want to seed it (which I don't) I have to keep a fuckload of zips useless to me, instead of browsing from the torrent itself while I seed, I have to uncompress that shit and browse my copy while I seed the zips. Screw that. Fucking retards, it's not 1980 anymore.

theres a performance thing tho when you have thousands tiny files. its just better to pack them but you complainers who never contribute anything would never understand.
>>
>>887766
>theres a performance thing tho when you have thousands tiny files.
No.
Torrents are not transmitted per file, they are per chunk.
It makes no difference how small the files are.
You download a chunk, that can contain hundreds of tiny text files or one part of a retarded 20GB archive file.
Tell me how it is a performance issue.

It's not even saving much space.
Epubs are literally just .zip files.
Pictures are already compressed.
Videos are already compressed.
I really doubt it's saving much space, it's just a pain in the ass because you don't know what you're downloading, in addition to what has already been said.
>>
>>887786
