I'm playing Scorched Silver and I want to vent. At the Elite Four and someone has a Dragapult, and it used Dragon Darts and wiped my team. I had never played with gen 8 mons before so I looked this move up, and its supposed to only hit twice. But it always hit me 3 or 4 times. Looking at dragapults abilities, and its item (life orb), I dont see how this could happen aside from the developer fucking up the coding. Upset because i wanted to see if i could get thru the E4 first try and this thing destroyed me.

So, for general guideline purposes, I'm trying to design a city. It serves as the central hub for the region, and it's also where the the player character begins the story. How big should this city be? I want it to be large, because I want to fit large buildings, as it's needed for narrative purposes, as well as things that make it feel like a city, such as a residential area, a "downtown" that maybe features the casino, and maybe where the battle frontier is located.
