Tomy should've contracted syn sophia for the idol land game instead of handing the project to a literal no name developer with no history. Any other game would've died on the spot if it had as disastrous an opening week, but they got lucky with how extremely autistic pripara fans are. People who've stuck with the series for the last 10+ years actually do deserve better.

Himari, Mii, Chii, and Tamaki all stand out as multifaceted characters that are written in multiple interesting directions depending on the individual episode. The rest of the cast (Sakura, Mugi, Airi and Rinrin) are still mostly entertaining, but they don't stand out as having as noticeable character depth (at least so far, there's still plenty of show). Now, I don't think the scenarios thus far USE the characters in the most entertaining way most of the time, but I'm hoping that since the cast is pretty suitably established by this point that we might see the characters bounce off of each other in plenty of interesting situations here in the next half of the show.
