They're not extremely unattractive and it's not like they have no thoughts or feelings, but this archetype is highly overused and you'll really never find something like say Jill from Do-Over-Damsel who's legitimately awesome.It's actually kind of ironic that in practice in boys' love, the protagonists often feel like bigger self-inserts than in het.
