First off, the suit can be easily reproduced if someone were to steal the technology, then pro heroes will have to fight off an army of super powered Iron Mights. That's a scenario worse than nuclear war. Second off, a suit will never be as powerful as a real quirk, meaning Deku's dream is dead for all intents and purposes. Third off, the plot retroactively made chapter 1 Bakugo absolutely correct when it came to Deku's fate. And trying to save Shigaraki only to kill him anyway was beyond idiotic.
