This may not be the best comparison, but it's like wanting to see bra sliders (or simply sliders) in fiction, unlesss a character is wearing a training bra, if the bra of a character is shown, it should have visible bra sliders, if those small rectangles or squares on the straps aren't seen, it may or may not bother someone out there. Chu-bra!! is better than other anime series out there in that sense but even that anime failed at least once I guess, if a bra is shown closer to the camera and not something like a small background character, one can show more detail easily, so, the character of the left is wearing a bra with obvious bra sliders but the character of the right is not, even though they could have drawn them considering the way the character of the right is shown.And yeah, if one pays attention to bras in fiction, it's obvious that many times bras that are normal bras so to speak don't have sliders.
