Arc 8 begins on an extremely high note, Vincent beatdown is cinematic and cathartic. After 20 or so fun chapters the fighting begins and it drops all the way to mid with occasional peaks. If there was something that drags arc 7 down, it would be arc 8. Though I suspect that animated it should be way better. Best fights were Garf & Heinkel vs the Dragon bitch, Eugard vs Halibel & Groovy, Eugard in general was surprisingly entertaining, Al wrangling Ceci and trying to build a misfit party was fun as well. Subaru's active role in the assault was meh but cute bits with Betty & Spica were greatly appreciated. Vincent should be raped in the ass with his own sword while the entire Vollachia watches.
