>>6543859Am the guy who did this one, and it’s a combination of 2 things.First, I’ll take a section of the existing skin and duplicate it a bunch on a new layer. Don’t transform the size, as this will increase the size of the artifacts. Instead grab a square and keep copy/saying it. Overlap them and erase hard edges with a soft eraser to hide them. Then use clone stamp to your heart’s content. If the repeating pattern is obvious, just blur itIf it still doesn’t look right, gimp has a built-in noise filter that is very adjustable. Throwing some noise over top of the clone stamping hides a lot of sins. It’s mostly just a matter of fussing with it until it looks right.
