Blender will give you better quality images and video but you you have to leave your pc rendering for long periods of time for a couple minutes of video. Plus a lot of what vam does for you with physics you have to do manually in blender. Alright, so I've been working on getting vamasutra (https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/vamasutra-77-static-pose-scenes-by-vamdeluxe.6436/) into a state where i can just merge load it with a scene, turn on some plugins like autothruster/life/vammoan/etc. and then boom, easy sex. Locking controlled params on the appearances and having the environment setup looks like it'll allow me to plug-n-play a little better than navigating all of the menus and shit when I'm already in VR. Is this dumb? Is this valuable? Would folks be interested in what I come up with once I'm done? So far it's been recentering the actors and grab points to 0/0/0 so the merge loaded scene happens in a consistent place, removing lighting so that I can use the environments baked in lighting, parenting hands and things so they stay mostly where they're supposed to be, and then adding plugins for motion.

Is there a way to attach a dildo to a person's hand properly? There's always a gap no matter how I try and parent/physics link goes to shit when the hand moves around too much or when the position is reset.

Is it me or are most paid looks just 'creators' assigning arbitrary values on morph sliders then labelling it with a generic hooker name.Game character ports are okay because there is an actual appearance that they are trying to achieve, but 'OC' looks are just dudes beating off on the sliders and charging 5 bucks for them.

I've gone through and saved appearances from a bunch of different scenes so I can more easily swap them in and out. The problem is that the tiny thumbnail in vam doesn't have enough detail to always tell the models apart. I know that there's a plugin which saves appearances from scenes automatically, but is there a tool which can iterate through appearances in a folder and take a screenshot for each image?

How do you deal with the fact that Looks from the hub are made either as a scene or sometimes as a preset of various types? Yesterday I spend some time binge-downloading everything looking remotely interesting but now I am not sure where most of those looks are.q
