>>6957366Ew
>>6955965Damn, that's a pity. Really liked his work
>>6932631Have they actually committed to that being unambiguously canon now? The last I heard the writers were implying, but leaving themselves some plausible deniability.
>>6932631>As hot as this is, I hate that it's canon nowWell, its always been 'canon' that both Scott and Logan had a thing for jean, but as far as I know, its never been said that they double teamed her......although I could certainly see Emma doing this, at least in a Telepathic 'Mindscape' (its how she and Scott often had 'naughty time' without all the fluids ^_^)
>>6946000I'm not into the 'Foot Fetish' thing myself, but there was one scene in the first X-Men movie where I ALMOST understood Tarantino for a minute there ^_^
>>6961920>>6962392Honestly, I've barely paid attention since the Krakoa stuff started. I've just been following along now and then on /co/, and yikes, X-men comics have gotten so bad...
>>6948765>>6948776>>6948778Whatever happened to Artie M? He was all over the place in the 00s, but then he just vanished
>>6963975>Honestly, I've barely paid attention since the KrakoaBeen gone for even longer myself. I only keep up with any comics now and then due to YouTube reviewers.Frankly, the Krakoa/New Genosha stuff makes the X-Men (and Mutants in general) all seem like Super Villians (one story had a squad of X-Men intentionally maiming some 'invaders' who had no chance of hurting them, just to give a 'message'.....WTF?!?! 0_0)An image just so this isn't me entirely running off at the mouth ^_^
>>6964169Doesn't help that the writing was wildly inconsistent across the line. Some writers were clearly going the route of 'this is rapidly starting to turn into a cult/mutants see themselves as being above the law' and wrote the questionable morality into it. Others wrote them as being unfailingly heroic and absolutely justified in their actions by making everyone they went up against as tremendous bigots. I get there being some frostiness between the X-Men and, say, the Avengers, but when they're saying to the Fantastic Four "hey, your son is welcome on Krakoa any time, but the rest of you can pound sand', it's obvious they need to sit down with all the X-writers and say 'this is the tone we're taking going forward'. Consistency, that's all I'm asking for.
>>6964264Sadly, the only consistency we're likely to get is that it's consistently bad...
I wish I had some art to contribute...

>>6979712no it's barbed wire
>>6980925Mystique, because you know she'd be doing everything she could to tease you if she liked you, or going 'so, who do you want to see?' Otherwise, Emma, since she's canonically one of the most beautiful women in the Marvel U (yes, I know she's also canonically had a lot of surgery done, do I sound like I care?)>>6981274>>6981276Holy shit, these two are old as the internet itself. I swear I remember seeing them about 20 years ago>>6981406Mystique's pretty much bi, she's had a host of male love interests in the comics, but Destiny's always been portrayed as the love of her life
>>6982174>Holy shit, these two are old as the internet itself. I swear I remember seeing them about 20 years agoYeah, back in the good old days when you asked google for pron with smoke signals and they delivered your jpegs by carrier pigeons.
>>6982191Google? Fucking Google?! We used Dogpile, AskJeeves and newsgroups, son!
>>6982195I know I was actually thinking of hotbot and altavista but I modified the joke so the kids would understand.
>>6964264>>6965053I dunno, I did like how they finally made a good Mr Sinister issue in Immortal X-Men. Honestly Mr Sinister has been unfailingly fun throughout this whole debacle. Honestly it feels like the only reason it's worked for this long is because of the Three Stooges Syndrome where there are SO many bad ideas they're sort of cancelling each other out.
>>6982609Oh yeah, Sinister's probably the best thing about the X-Men over the last decade, especially that most recent Immortal X-Men, which turns him into a hyper-violent Wile. E. Coyote. Problem is, he only really seems to work (or at least works best) under Kieron Gillen, and Gillen has a very specific writing style that, paradoxically, annoys the hell out of me. It's the same kind of thing that makes me unable to enjoy Joss Whedon, the thing that makes their writing stand out is the thing that pisses me off the most about them. I can't articulate why, but there's a very real smugness to their writing, like the one-liners and quips are more there for the sake of showing off how clever and witty they are, rather than adding to the characters or the story.
>>6982620As someone who was there for the original Ultimates run, let me tell you, I do not miss Bendis.
>>6982657i think Ultimate Spidey is probably the only Bendis thing I've liked. It has the usual Bendis Decompression problems, but when it was good, it was very, very good and Pete/Kitty wound up being one of my favourite things of the run.
>>6982642Hot

>>6994559Not really...
>>6905923Technically she's always naked.
>>6996869There's a funny bit in her solo series from the 00s where she talks about how her clothing is technically part of her body. She mentions how it's easier to create things like glasses than zippers. The guy she's talking to laments the fact he finds evil chicks hot.

>>7000254>That stuff belongs in /d/ or /y/, not hereTourist
>>7014606The claws are fully concealed inside their forearms. They've shown x-rays of both of them with the tip of the claw ending an inch or two before the wrist joint. One of the X-Men movies (or several, I know it was in the original and one of the Wolverine movies) shows it in good detail too.As an interesting aside, neither of them can pop their claws if their wrists are bent. Well, they can, but the few times it's happened (mostly to Logan, but I assume Laura has the same problem) the claws have just punched their way through messily.
>>7014606>>7015261I try not to think about it. Just as I try not to think about how Laura can walk around with those claws in her feet. Ouch...

>>7025465What are you talking about? The original images are pretty bad.Especially the Rogue one he used. And the original Jubilee one looks flat as shit.I'll give you the Cyclops and Emma one isn't an improvement, Her ass looks really bad in the AI remake.Or are you just spergging out cause "Muh human"?
>>7025482'muh human' nothing, all this AI art looks like homogenized bullshit. I've never seen any AI art that stands out on its own, it's all Barbie plastic perfection, bland as fuck and, worst of all, none of it is remotely appealing. Porn that doesn't make you wanna jerk off is bad porn, and I've yet to see an AI pic that I even wanna save.
>>7025465You are objectively wrong. And free to not look at the images a second time. If looking at it the first time offends you so much, the problem is you because then why are you on this forum?
>>7025489You haven't seen any ai art then. It's not "homogenized." You can literally make it look like any art style in existence.
>>7025482Actually Emma's ass looks exactly like that in the original too, being grabbed and pulled apart. Just in the ai version, it has better detail and shading to show the shapes.
>>7025711>You can literally make it look like any art style in existence>still chooses to make it look like shitCheck and mate, atheists
>>7025827Please describe in your artistic experience what makes it look like "shit." Is it the color theory? The anatomy? The details? The shading/lighting? Please share. Or shut up.
>>7025465I wasn't pushing anything, just giving an opinion. I understand how you feel, though. I, too, fear the robots taking over.Fare thee well, thread...
>>7026050NTA, but I've had this argument before. I use terms like 'plastic', 'lifeless', 'uninspired', 'artificial', I mention all AI art has a weird sheen to it that you can identify from a mile off, you say 'well I'd like to see you do any better', I say 'you don't need to be Gordon Ramsey to know that cat shit in a pasta dish is gonna taste pretty bad' and you call me an 'artoid' or whatever funny buzzword you're using this week.>>7027193Good, stick to your threads, you AI guys are just as bad as the futafags and the blackedfags. You've got your containment threads, stay there.
>>7027296You're an idiot. None of those terms are particular to AI art any more than any term to any other form of art. You can literally create ANY kind of artwork. Here, I painted you a storm variant cover
>>7027783>"Give me reasons why you don't like this!">gives valid reasons>"YOUR REASONS ARE STUPID! FUCK YOU!"This is why people think you're an idiot, you react like a literal child whenever someone doesn't like your new toy.
>>7027783>>7027296And the funny thing is, the model I used to generate the painted image is one that is totally capable of making the "plastic" glossy skinned bimbos that everyone likes to post here. It's not a function of the tech, it's the people you're hanging around with here. You arguing that ai art is making shitty art is the same as saying that a particular brand of pencil makes shitty drawings. Anyway, I brought the pic into a model that specializes in the plastic babes to try pushing it in that direction. Are you hating it yet?
>>7027811>>7027296What about now?
>>7027296Now?
>>7027810The reasons were not valid. At all. Also, you not commenting on the image actually speaks volumes.
