It usually does an adequate job of clipping those unfortunate dongers out of the picture, but not perfect as you can see. Unfortunately the tool outputs low quality images. There is also the Generative Erase tool here: https://designer.microsoft.com/ which might make higher resolution images for you. I imagine there are other options out there.
