I'm a 31 year old male. I'm relatively healthy (I exercise, eat relatively healthy, averaging maybe six hours of sleep), except for recovering from Achilles tendon surgery this past June. Everything went fine, except my incision site became infected because of something nosocomial and I had to see a wound care specialist for about two and a half months. I had to take pretty heavy antibiotics for almost the entirety of that time, but I've been released from wound care for about a month and a half now. I've been doing No Nut November and haven't masturbated since Halloween, and I had masturbated maybe once or twice a week before hand for about the last six months, sometimes with porn (only ecchi, lesbian or solo stuff). I feel like my libido is at rock bottom, even though I still find a majority of the girls I see out and about very attractive, I can't give myself an erection on command without touching myself. I've been like this for almost the entirety of November, and I'm sick of it, because it's making me really sluggish everywhere else in my day-to-day.

I know that, but what could I do to boost my libido? Or at least, what could help.
