What's a good comeback to "you don't know your ass from your head"? One time someone said that to me and now it's eating away at me. Now I'm doubting all my thoughts and decisions and I'm afraid to have an opinion. I'm totally stuck, I can't make a move anymore.

If it eats away at you that means it's true. A good comeback isn't going to make you feel better. You're not going to come up with the perfect zinger like you're on killtony. A good comeback, and what will make you feel better, is getting your ass squared away from your head. When you shit is actually squared away, people's challenges don't bother you and then you're able to think clearly and get in a real zinger instead of asking a mongolian basket weaving forum for help to nurse your bruised ego.
