I've never taken an IQ and yes there's definitely someone out there smarter than me but I'm still pretty high percentile so yeah if you need general or even specific advice. Stay up all night for one, so when they test it you pass for low. Or whether you can get it or not, do other things to boost it. I try to take a testosterone booster every morning, it's just boron citrate but you will notice more hair growth for one so that means it works. Building muscle itself increases testosterone and so does getting a decent amount of cholesterol which is what it is made from. When you work out it's really the eccentric movement that builds muscle. The fastest way hypothetically is to let something down with one hand and then lift it with two and repeat.
