Theyre saying new policies will ruin our economy, but its a little fucked to suggest we SHOULD keep undocumented people here because we know businesses will exploit their labor for pennies on the dollar? Not even factoring in things like "brown people bad" or "dey terk err jebs", its racist to say we should basically force a whole caste of people to illegally be hired to work the "worst of the worst" jobs simply because the alternative is "hurr durr what white person is gonna pick your strawberries for $4 an hour". They want to talk about how people need a good fair wage until it comes down to the brown people who keep fruits cheap. Minimum should be $15 but not for the spics in the fields, oh no my vegetable prices need to stay low, but the retards at McDonald's need $15 an hour

My brother is a big leftie and when I was talking to him about this he said the exploitation is bad and therefore the answer is to provide a path to getting a greencard for illegals who have been in the country working for years without causing trouble, instead of just kicking them out. As that would be more humane and fair to people who have been helping our country despite their lack of status. He also thinks enforcement should be against employers exploiting illegals instead of just mass deportation, because if there's no work economic migrants will leave on their own instead of needing to spend trillions on mass deportation just to have them come back.
