I'm not responsible as to what you'll do with this info but since you've seen her irl you probably know things like where she went to school, her age, interests, name etc. Even if she changes the name her history (and if applicable art style, games she plays and type of places she frequents) will be the same. Google search based on those, if you're lucky it will spit out a linkedin or facebook lol.
Also if you happen to have hacked her email or otherwise gained access to her computer (through phishing etc) you can download her google takeout which contains every acc she made with that email.
