Always remember our environment is not what it was 100 years ago and there are chemicals that fuck w your biology and can cause what I'd imagine you're going through. I think there's more men that struggle w this day to day than most believe but for obvious reasons choose to keep it to themselves. Finally, on your end you need to recognize who you want to be, like your inner self (soul) and "identify" w that, no use psyching yourself out.
