My friends think I'm a lesbian, because I've never had a bf and I don't do much girly stuff.

I told them I'm a trans man and they told me "that trans stuff is fake" and are pressuring me to go with them to this thing to meet some guys Wednesday.

Should I go with them just to get them off my case or should I stand my ground and contest their whole "trans people aren't real" thing.

>"that trans stuff is fake"
LMAO based and true
>>
>>33923051
Why do you think you're a transman?
>>
>>33923051
>trans man
Why would you want to be a manlet?
>>
>>33923197
I'm transmasc because I identify more with the masculine gender than the feminine one. That's all it takes.
>>33923363
I don't, I'm pretty tall compared to a lot of my family so if I can get a few inches on hormone replacement I can probably pass for a normal guy.

>I'm transmasc because I identify more with the masculine gender than the feminine one. That's all it takes.

very feminine thought pattern

here's the test to prove you are in the wrong body, then i will never question you again if you get this right:

would you rather gain muscle or gain eagers?
>>
>>33923725
Muscle I guess? I'm not sure what gain eagers means but I'd want to be ripped
>>
>>33923051
Do not participate in the tomboy genocide. Keep your titties, zippertits are disgusting. do not take hormones or grow lame ass facial hair. YWNBAM
>>
>>33923679
>I identify more with the masculine gender than the feminine one.
Wtf does this zoomerspeak mean? Do you have dysphoria? Want to have a cock?
>>
>>33923679
>I identify more with the masculine gender than the feminine one.
So you've already been brainwashed.

Have you considered what makes an object or action masculine or feminine in the first place?
Because if you have, you'll realize a lot of it is arbitrary and volatile.
Sports are considered a masculine interest purely because more men participate in it than women. If you were to suddenly place barriers for men's participation to the point where more women than men participate then it will suddenly be seen as feminine.

If you were to ask a random man why he chooses to stay a man, he will just give you a confused look or just say "because I was born one". Ironically, it's because he doesn't assign genders to everything and just accepts things as they are.
Once you've been tricked into believing things can be gendered, then you start applying that thinking to everything in your life. "Is drinking water masculine or feminine? Is using a fork masculine because it penetrates food? If I prefer eating with a fork does that make me masculine?"

There's a reason that a shocking amount of transgenders also have mental disabilities.
Because they can be easily tricked into believing this way of thinking is valid. Giving doctors, surgeons, therapists, and psychiatrists another source of revenue.

Or do you wanna hear about the time I reverse gaslit my niece who thought she was trans into becoming female again?
>how the fuck
I convinced her I'm a transwoman (according to her own logic) and how her liking all the things I like meant she actually wasn't trans.
>I like baby animals, cooking, have in interest in fashion but I also like Gaming, guns and computers)
And then after she accepted it I told her I was just fucking with her about being a transwoman.
She might have trust issues now, since she now has a habit of looking up what I tell her on her phone. To counter that, I intentionally look up random shit to tell her to further reinforce her to "just trust me, bro".

Idk what tomboy extinction has to do with anything, but I don't think that's happening and if it is I can't help it that I'm FTM and not a tomboy.
>>33923869
Yes I have dysphoria. I think a cock would be neat but I don't feel like I need one. If someone handed me a pill to magically grow a cock I'd probably take it.
>>
>>33924445
>I think a cock would be neat but I don't feel like I need one.
Gay women think like this too
>>
>>33923051
Your friends are giga based

>I think a cock would be neat but I don't feel like I need one.
Consider for a moment as to why pic related exists and for whom pic related is meant for.
>>
>>33924479
I had no idea these were a thing. Is there anything going on behind the belt or do you just have to enjoy the mental thing of topping someone?
>>
Girl do not be deceived into thinking you are "trans" just because you like manly things. Are you attracted to men? Are you attracted to women?
>>
>>33924513
They make these to.
Don't tell me you've never heard of a "strap-on".
>>
>>33923051
You have porn brain
>>
>>33924522
I live in a small town in Georgia, too much Christian guilt to look at porn or this kinda stuff normally but I like the idea of the strapon a lot
>>
>>33924688
I find it weird how you came upon transgenderism before strap-ons.
It's like learning about gay porn before knowing what sex is.
>>
>>33925611
>I find it weird how you came upon transgenderism before strap-ons.
It's because kids in the last 10+ years have been getting fed trans indoctrination at school. It's been trendy to go trans to such a degree that it's more normal than being gay.
>>
>>33925663
I learned about trans stuff on Tumblr. At school they never mentioned it, but I went to a private school so idk how public schools go.
>>
>>33923051
>pressuring me to go with them to this thing to meet some guys Wednesday.

Just go and get sloppy drunk and then talking about gaming or whatever, if you don't want to meet guys you don't have to.

>contest their whole "trans people aren't real" thing.

reddit is past the loo and two doors to the right.
>>
>>33927037
Being drunk around guys means guys are going to try to talk to me and they're probably going to be weird about it like not just talking about games.
>>
>>33927025
Ok, that makes sense.
I'm shocked your friends are so put together. The problem with spaces like Tumblr and others, they normalize minority and extreme opinions in an echo chamber just like how 4chan normalizes racism and other such things.

I think the best comparison would be to say this is like having a minor scrape on your elbow and then the doctor saying you need to amputate the whole arm. The reaction is just entirely disproportionate with reality.

Once again I ask: Are you attracted to men? Are you attracted to women?
>>
It’s a question of how serious a trans identity is for you. Something that you have to figure out yourself. The good thing is that whether you’re a trans man or a woman in life both of those can like men, women, or both. So have a blast but you have to figure it out on your own. Friends that wouldn’t love a trans you are just friends that risk a life without your companionship which to be honest is not always the biggest deal. But it’s a hard position to be in for sure.

>The problem with spaces like Tumblr and others, they normalize minority and extreme opinions in an echo chamber just like how 4chan normalizes racism and other such things.
My friends said it, "Tumblr is for people who obsess over shit that don't matter". I agree there are a lot of people like that there, but there are also a lot of really talented people posting there.
>Are you attracted to men? Are you attracted to women?
No, I'm not attracted to anybody. When I was growing up and I didn't like any guys, my family always said I'd start liking them in a year or two.
I'm 20 now and I really just don't have any care about sex. The whole concept just feels kind of revulsive, fluids and...not into it. I'd rather just enjoy my own company, avoid people putting gross stuff in or on me, and stick to my hobbies. My friends think if I "try things out" I'll change my mind so they keep bugging me to go out with them.
>>33928395
It's like a sub 1% part of my thoughts. It's there, and at least once a day I feel like I'd be happier as a guy, but it's not crowding out my other thoughts.
>>
>>33928573
Maybe you’re asexual? That’s another good area to look for self reflecting. Some asexual people find that for the right person they can be sexually active with but for some it seems like it’s not for them at all. There’s an /lgbt/ board you might already know but it might be just time to figure out if you want to present differently or not and what you want out of a relationship.
>>
>>33924445
>Idk what tomboy extinction has to do with anything,
It's what women like you used to be instead of a surgical disaster. Or else a dyke. Or a domme. I'm not really sure what you want to be but surgery is awful, nobody should do surgery voluntarily removing major important stuff from your body.
>>
YOU WILL NEVER CHANGE SEX
>>
>>33928573
>there are also a lot of really talented people posting there.
Tumblr is the platform that generally is more favorable toward the liberal left and those who push those ideas. It is not at all surprising that these influences are pushing you toward trans things, but you are simply you and no amount of propaganda will ever take that from you. Just be yourself.

>No, I'm not attracted to anybody. When I was growing up and I didn't like any guys
Nor do you like girls. It sounds like asexuality. I had an asexual girlfriend before. Very similar, she also had a preference for men's clothing and style. She was not a lesbian or trans, just preferred those things.

>I feel like I'd be happier as a guy
That's because this is a man's world. My fiance often laments that she has to be a woman because of the way women are treated and viewed. Especially growing up on WoW. People do not respect women and actively threaten women often so it's natural to not want to be a woman.
>>
>>33928855
I just don't like to mentally picture myself as anything but a guy. I don't think the tomboy label fits right.
>>33929352
I'm going to go out with my friends tonight to get them to relax but I'm not expecting it will go the way they're hoping. They want me to go home with a guy by the end of the night and that seems like a dumb thing to do.
