I've always had a great ability to memorize large amounts of information easily, but lately I'm getting rusty. I used to memorize anything in a minimum of about two hours, sometimes less, sometimes more. But lately I've had several family problems and trouble sleeping my full hours, and my performance has dropped too much. A few days ago I was on the verge of despair because it took me too long to memorize just 6 pages, and it's not like I memorize everything, I rely on reading comprehension. For obvious reasons, I'll start by improving my sleep habits and such, but I feel like my lifelong method isn't working for me anymore. Is there anything that has helped you that you could share with me? (And i had to do this with Google translate,so i apologise if something sounds strange)
