I often get constipated and I feel like I'm never able to push out the whole turd in one go so I do what I like to call "pinching and cutting" where I sort of tighten my anus and the turd gets clipped until I can push the rest out. I then have to wipe my ass for seemingly ages until I am fully clean. Often, by the time I'm clean, there are very small, light and bright red streaks of blood on the toilet paper. I've been trying to be better about eating berries every day and I have vegetables at least once every two days, usually for dinner. I'm having my mom schedule a doctor's appointment for me.
