>Summing it all up, friends, I'd say you'll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious--the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse. (MSB)

>True
>Noble
>Reputable
>Authentic
>Compelling
>Gracious
>The Best
>Beautiful

Alot of you sit and consume junk all day that keeps you at a low level frequency. Constantly focused of things that purposely pisses you off or makes you depressed. Things that you want to push you over the edge. And you just replay this stuff like a loop.

Instead, watch or meditate on things that are

>False
>Mean hearted
>Disgraceful
>Fictitious
>Boring
>Ungracious
>The Worst
>Foulness/Ugly

That above verse says fill your minds. So, consume things that are true, noble, the best, reputable, etc. Things involving nature, comedy, animal videos, church sermons, good advice videos, good wisdom videos, good positive affirmation videos, etc.
