How do I stop not sleeping at night for graduating late for causes largely outside my control?

take a sleeping pill from the pharmacy. just take half a dose at the beginning and use it for a week only, should be enough to fix sleeping schedule. alternatively, use melatonin. ask pharmacist for advice
